Terrible service.
They never answer your e-mails. The website said 5-12 days delivery to Denmark, but it was way longer. I was moving and ordered my purchase a month in advance to avoid shipping issues, but I hadn't heard from Mavrica about my order being shipped, so I contacted in need of changing delivery address. I never heard back from them no matter what subject I contacted them about.
I received my order, and the item is lovely, but quality looks better on the website (not worth the price even with a discount).

No answer. I have written three mails about shipping. No answer on the chat. I think this firm is a scam and would like to warn you about it.
Now they say that they sent the package some days ago. The company tracking is 17track, a company everyone writes is a scam. And the company right now writes that they haven’t found my package. This is what they do, and you never see what you ordered.
Five more mails, and they finally answered with a new tracking that didn’t work. Should I laugh or cry?
They also offered a refund. Now I am excited to see how this works out????????
I got the refund but saw that the package is send from China. Nowhere on the webpage does it say that all the goods are send from China. And you can’t return your package because it states that all goods with discount are none refundable. And all goods are with reduced prices. I got the bag. Definitely not worth the price. Cheep plastic look. Never ever buy anything from this company! I have used a lot of time, and I have had a lot of anciety.
