The product was not as described - the product was much smaller than described and less weight for the money. If I had not needed the product that day I would have returned it.

Not Impressed
The fact that my order was accepted and then a few days later advising that part of my order was no longer available - very disappointing, not impressed. Once an order has been accepted and paid for it is unreasonable to then turn around and say part of it is no longer available.

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star as cannot move to review without. Prices on the shelves are always lower than when you get to the till. Seems they are really hoping you cannot add up your bill. Contact form useless, as they do not get back to you. Email address sends you back to the said useless contact form. Rip people off at the till. simple. disappointing.
