Mays Pawnbrokers & Jewellers Avaliações

Went into Mays in Bury with my elderly mum who wanted to buy a silver ring. The male & female assistants were so helpful, took lots of time to find the right ring for my mum & treated her very kindly & patiently. Would definitely recommend Mays

Took A gold chain for repair as I snapped it and didn't have a clue how ( it just fell off my neck) chain proper sentimental because it was my dad's who's now passed away and he actually bought it from mays over 20 years ago and all his gold from Mays in Salford. Got the chain back and can't even see any repair I'm absolutely over the moon with it as expected to see an obvious repair £25 is well worth the repair chain was away for 9 days but without it for 2 weeks due to dropping off and picking up on Saturdays and the lady that helped me in the Salford shop was well nice as well, now I know why my dad only used Mays for everything to do with his gold.

Wasted my morning
Given one price for selling a Gold Albert chain in an Email, despite providing clear pictures of weight and length ,the buyer at the shop reckons he misread the scale? and given a much less price when I took it in person , all conveyed through a young assistant, too much trouble to come down from upstairs , not a clue what he was doing

5 star service yet again.
I won’t go anywhere else. Frankie served me at the Royal Exchange branch in Manchester.
