Lovely friendly staff. Went in to sell some old gold and was surprised how knowledgeable the gentleman was and helpful. There was no hard sell, in fact he could sense I was somewhat reluctant to sell some items and encouraged me to keep them if I wasn’t 100% sure. The lady was really friendly and helpful too.

Just purchased a beautiful pair of diamond earrings today. Courteous and knowledgeable sales member of staff served me. Couldn't be more happier. Thank you. I'll be back

The girl that dealt with my enquiry was really professional and made my experience quiet easy.
This was at the Rochdale Road Collyhurst branch

I called in earlier this morning to get a quote and sell and piece of my jewellery. A lovely girl named Frankie assisted me. I was very impressed with her customer service skills and how she went above and beyond to help. It’s very refreshing to go into a store/shop and not feel rushed or pressured into hurrying up. I always have used Mays and after this interaction will continue to do so.

Ayla was very helpful and professional and im very happy with the service Mrs Morrison

Mary was very knowledgeable very professional and provided a very pleasant atmosphere highly recommend

Joanne was very professional, very friendly and that’s why I’ll be going back to the shop to buy more items.

Excellent Mary was kind, curious and thorough in her service. Highly recommended

Claire was friendly, helpful and provided outstanding customer service

I visited May's in Royal Exchange, Manchester, to sell some gold jewellery (after visiting another long established jewellery store who couldn’t buy the gold that day, so thought I may as well get a second opinion). The staff were super helpful & friendly. When I received the price I was pleasantly surprised at the higher offer (vs the previous store).
I had ID with me so after giving a few more details I was told I would get a bank transfer for the money the following morning (it was near closing time for the store). Sure enough the money was in my account first thing the next day. Fabulous customer service & made the whole transaction quick & very easy. Thank you.

Robbers. Went in with a gold chain and tried offering me scrap for it.

Great customer service lovely jewellery would highly recommend.
