This company is falsely advertising as being located in 'Cold Winters'....a few metres away from Dog's Trust.

They have not been located here for a few years to this day.

Despite initial confusion about my deposit payment which was quickly sorted by Emma , I found this company very good to deal with, no issues with my new Cottage style garden shed either, which was installed very professionally, also cost wise was a lot cheaper than other companies. Have had no reason to deal with after-sales so cannot comment on that side of things.

Since the beginning the shed we purchased could not be closed the doors was not installed properly.
Now less than a year the shed is in awful condition.
No response to our request to get it fixed from the company.

Awful company, terrible customer service and totally incompetent owners. Nasty bunch.

MCD Garden Sheds are excellent. Well built, installed and now after a full year it is still excellent. Thank you Emma, Mandy, Amanda, Andrew and everyone. 5 star product.

Our shed costing 4227euro from MCD Sheds of Naul leaked rain during early December 2023 storms. MCD would only deal with this when they had a team in our locality which was Dec 15th. The team were unable to sort the leaks on that day as they had not been shown any of the video evidence that I had sent. MCD would not prioritise a return vist before Christmas. So they returned when they again had a team in our area which was Jan 9th. During 3 months of correspondence and unsatisfactory repair service I suggested that they gift us some goodwill refund. We paid over 4200 euro for the shed which was installed on Nov 20th 2023. MCD now had a sale, offering 20% off around Christmas time and our shed had remained unusable for well over 2 months. Finally MCD denied that there was ever a rain ingress and that it was only condensation. They even alleged that I refused to allow their guy to fit vents that he had turned up with on Dec 15th. Slight rain leaks were still evident on late January 2024. This time an MCD staff turned up on Feb 27th again as it suited their installation agenda of being nearby... I suspect that the cause of the whole problem arose on the day that the shed was installed. The installers did not tell me of an obstruction of access for the roof panels. I had tools at the ready to remove any obstruction that would have only taken minutes. By the time MCD admin phoned me about this, dissassembly of the roof was well under way. So I let it go despite agreeing to an extra charge of 30 euro.... I understand mistakes can happen.. But whatever caused this problem warranted an expedient solution. Unfortunately MCD Sheds chose not to see it this way.

Great company to deal with. From the friendly staff on the phone to the email designs of my shed . Price was very good as well as i had shopped around ,Came this week down to limerick and within an hour had my old shed gone and the new one set up . I highly recommend MCD sheds for anyone looking for a new shed. Very pleased.
