You do everything right
You do everything right, and quickly. Sometimes the USPS loses track of the packages and lies about it, finally coming up with the package after saying it had been delivered when it had not. But your part is done correctly and on time, for which I award ten stars.

I have been using Medix for many years with no problems. This time I ordered and it was shipped on 12/7/22. It is now 1/7/23 and I still have not received my order. Medix will Not resend until 1/18/23. I really need these meds which have been paid for. Medix claims there is nothing they can do until I call again on 1/18/23

Reliable, cost saving, and friendly Prescription Service/Pharmacy
I have been using Medix for several years, since CanadaDrugs went away and I was referred to them with my Prescription information transferred seamlessly. I have been so happy! They remind you of refills and discount offers and the Operators are always efficient and friendly. The medications arrive in a timely fashion. You just have to be sure to allow that 3 weeks so you don't run out.
Being a US customer, with our broken drug system, I find these necessary prescriptions for myself at 2-4 times less!! So thankful. Recommend Medix to anyone👍

Medix Pharmacy does an outstanding job
Medix Pharmacy does an outstanding job. They are professional and courteous. They send reminders concerning refills. My meds cost three and four times more in my country than the UK. I wouldn't be able to afford my meds if it weren't for Medix Pharmacy. I recommend them highly!

Medix is EXCEPTIONAL!
Medix is EXCEPTIONAL!! They have always been really good - gracious on the phone, prompt in their delivery, and always accurate. This time they outdid themselves, though; my doctor's office fell down badly (twice) in getting my renewal prescription to them - to the point that I was going to run out of my long-term daily medication. They somehow managed to deliver it from UK to US in time for not a day to be missed. Herculean effort -- THANK YOU!!
