Good...not great...?
First, I want to express my satisfaction with the product and processing of my orders.
Second, the reason for the less than stellar review is because each time I place a single order for a prescription, it doubles the order. So, I have to call and cancel one of them.
Now, let me say that the customer service representatives are attentive and helpful, courteous and very business-like. But it is aggravating to have to call at all...much less with every order.
Finally, I am also grateful for a resource to get these prescriptions at such a competitive price.

I am from the United States, the web site registration did not want to complete because it would not accept my phone number, so I called them. I got a return call about midmorning the next day and they were very kind and helpful to register me over the phone. The same with me entering my payment card. All I have talked to at MEDIX have been most helpful always. This pharmacy saves me a lot of money every 3 months. I am very pleased and excited. Thank you MEDIX PHARMACY.
