Outstanding Service
This was my first time placing an order with this fantastic company and the service I received from beginning to end was exceptional. The communication was perfect as was the packaging and I thought I was good at neat gift wrapping as well as the products inside being pristine.

Don't Bother
The first time I ordered from here, for collection, it took nearly a week to receive the ready to collect email. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as things can happen. The second time I ordered, for collection again, I waited a full 7 days with no communication from Mega or a ready to collect email. Today I receive an email as they are refunding the order. No reasons why just the refund notification. I will not be ordering online from them ever again. Even delivery is extortionate pricing. Instore you can get some good items but their online ordering system leaves alot to be desired. I really wouldn't bother.
