Fair price for a genuine part. I found Daniel to be very helpful in ensuring my order was correct. Item has been delayed by the courier DPD however they are communicating with me so all good.

Good price for genuine Mercedes parts…
Good price for genuine Mercedes parts quarter panels trims for SLK. Delivery for good as they are not a stock item.
Re fitting the quarter panels, best done when the panels are warm. Make sure they are not fitted to low on the frame as the rear window seal will catch and break the trim. They do fit but are very tight on the the steel sub-frame. See SLK World online for removal and fitting instructions.

Resposta da Mercedes Genuine Parts
Hi Zac, I have double checked and brake pads supplied are for your car unless someone did change or upgrade brakes system. I tried to contact you directly, unfortunately there is no response from you. Feel free to return parts back to us for refund. Hope this helps.

Tom

Part was priced well but that was it
Part was priced well. I had to chase for updates, the part arrived and bag appeared to be open. Upon inspection looked new but didn’t give me much confidence, however that said I don’t have any confidence in Mercedes as a brand.

Resposta da Mercedes Genuine Parts
Hello, I've checked your order was placed on Thu 23/03 and it was shipped on Fri 24/03. Delivered to you on Mon 27/03. Courier companies do not deliver during weekends. I'm trying to establish why you had to chase up regarding delivery. Tracking details are sent automatically to contact details provided with the order. We do not sell used parts, only genuine and brand new. We are main Mercedes-Benz dealer not a reseller. This part comes directly from Mercedes UK in a clear bag (not sealed) then we repack for safe delivery to the customer. Pedal module you have received comes with 2 years Mercedes warranty, recognised at any main Mercedes dealer across the UK.
Great sevice,delivery on time
