Fair price for a genuine part. I found Daniel to be very helpful in ensuring my order was correct. Item has been delayed by the courier DPD however they are communicating with me so all good.

Thanks Tom.
Tom was very helpful. Communications were really good. Couldn't find what I needed at any other online MB Parts Sites. Prompt delivery. Well packaged. Great service. They use DHL (not Evri thankfully) who delivered promptly to my local collection point with excellent comms.

You are not delivering to Northern Ireland while it is still part of UK.
You do not deliver to my place here in UK

Resposta da Mercedes Genuine Parts
Hi Erewine, I understand this may be an inconvenience but we clearly state on our website that we do not deliver to Northern Ireland. You have 3 main dealers in NI it is a lot for such a small area. Please contact them directly and I'm sure they will be able to help.
Regards,
Tom

review reminder catchup
i have already placed a review and after i am still getting bombarded with review emails from this branch, so i am going to paste my previous one here again.
i ordered service parts for the car and days later got told that it doesnt ship to N.I. at all despite it is part of UK. discriminatory business practice. ordered this set from another branch from mainland and with free 24h shipping. quality of service at edinburgh/coldstream is lacking.

Resposta da Mercedes Genuine Parts
Hello, unfortunately we are only allowed to send orders to mainland UK. This is clearly stated top of every page on our website. You have 3 main Mercedes dealers available in NI to use that is local and more time efficient for any deliveries.
Regards,
Tom
Quick delivery but packaged poorly.
Thought the price for the wiper blades were decent enough however when I received my packages they weren’t packaged up well. Only a few pieces of tape holding it together which I wasn’t expecting. Even a bag to put them in would of been better.

Resposta da Mercedes Genuine Parts
Hi Adam I'm very glad to hear that wiper blades were delivered on time, intact and undamaged ;) That means packaging was sufficient and suitable for the purpose. Adding extra bag would not make this delivery any better but it will increase carbon footprint.
Thank you for taking time to write your review, we read all reviews and take suggestions in to consideration.
Many thanks,
Tom
Fast, Reliable and Traceable!
Purchased some coolant which arrived within 2 days of dispatch as estimated. Great tracking facility too. Many thanks.
