Very professional experience from the time I called to report the claim to fixing and changing my windshield via the dealer paid for the repair got the statement submit to the insurance company and received my check minus my deductible every step was so smooth and courteous I would recommend Mercury insurance to everyone.

We were excellent customers for five years--always on auto pay with no missed or late payments. Then out of the blue, two years after we got a new roof, they send a letter saying they wanted proof of new roof! They are the ones who were responsible for the claim. I just thought it was a scam attempt under their name and ignored it. Every insurance agency I've contacted to try to get a new policy says they've never heard of request like that (proof of new roof) nor have they heard of anyone getting canceled for it. Besides that, It was at time of the year when I was working 14 hour days. Thanks to their frivolous cancelation, it created a gap in coverage and now I can't find anyone who will give us a policy for a reasonable premium. Thanks, Mercury

Did great handling my insurance claim to get my vehicle repaired and back on the road in great condition.
I’ve been a Mercury insurance customer for at least 20 years. I’ve had more than a few accidents during that time, some my fault, most not my fault. Regardless of whether it was my fault or not, they’ve almost always treated me with respect and kindness and made me feel like they were on my side. (The only time the process was adversarial was a few years ago but, if I had to bet money, I would bet she’s no longer there. Her behavior was antithetical to culture Mercury spends significant time and money cultivating.) Their claims process is smooth and efficient. Their evaluations are MORE than fair.
Really, I don’t know about anyone else’s experience, but my experience has been very positive. I don’t know if this has anything to do with it but I go through a broker - AIS, Auto Insurance Specialists.
I also have rental insurance policies on two different properties.
Bottom line: I never worry about if or how much they’re going to screw me over.
After my vehicle’s catalytic converter was stolen, I filed a claim with Mercury Insurance, which was quickly assigned to the Andes team to handle my case. I was assisted by Ashley and Jim from Team Andes, whom I spoke with on the phone. They asked a few questions and quickly completed the paperwork to start the claim, allowing me to begin the process of finding a shop to do the repairs. I appreciate that Mercury Insurance let me choose the repair shop.
During the selection of a repair shop, they provided excellent service by supplying the necessary information for the shop to proceed. The claim process was a team effort by Team Andes, and I could tell there was good communication among the team members because the steps from filing the claim to vehicle inspection went smoothly. Additionally, I was impressed that the team kept me updated on the progress of my claim—this shows peak professionalism. I appreciate their dedication in turning this tough situation into a positive experience. I am confident I will remain a loyal customer.
