Absolutely top notch stuff.
Bought a couple of things from these guys and both times postage has been phenomenally quick, interactions with them always polite and helpful. The mini is always packaged amazingly and they give you a cool little sticker to put where you see fit.
Honestly so far some of the best people I've bought minis from, genuinely hope they get more stuff I want in the future.

Good Price for my Collection
Was looking to sell a sizeable amount of GW models, books and bits and was offered a good price for the lot. Communication was great. Can highly recommend.

I was nervous about selling miniatures but Merlin's great customer service put me at ease. They gave me a fair and competitive quote and guided me through the sale and postage. I've also purchased through them via eBay and have had a similar great experience.

Excellent service
I wanted to move some previously loved Warhammer figures on to a reputable so that they could be moved on to someone who cared passionately about them. Merlin staff quoted me an acceptable price and completed the trade promptly and professionally. I have no doubt they will take great care and refurbish the figures to a high standard. Excellent service.

Great quality + very helpful
I recently bought some items from Merlins for a friend of mine. Staff were very helpful and answered my questions quickly. Packaging was excellent (rare these days). Would buy again 5 star.
