Really good product and would buy again but I wish the boxes were 1kg and not 2x 500g when you buy a kilo. Just feels like a lot of plastic waste? Doesn’t say if you can recycle either. My girls love the food though and the food is good quality.

4 of the tubs of food were cracked open on arrival probably due to the insufficient packaging as no padding so therefore wouldn’t use again due to the waste of food

Ordered a batch of dog food…unfortunately I’d requested a standing order my mistake…I didn’t realise this until I was notified of my repeat order.
Raw food didn’t suit my dog…it have her diarrhoea. When I contacted them to tell them of my mistake..they said they would stop any further deliveries and cancel my subscription

I have been buying raw locally, but was frustrated with the out of stock situation with the dogs favourite , this is my second full order, literally arrives free the next day, and the quality is excellent, I ordered a different product by mistake, but needn't have worried, the same great texture and not a mushy paste.

My dog loves Mersey Raw, especially the exotic bundle. The choices are fantastic and the quality is excellent. I really like the packaging, it's not messy at all like some raw food packaging. The treats and raw sprats are great too. Delivery is always speedy and well packaged to keep frozen. We will continue to use, fantastic company.

My boxer was very fussy and it was quite stressful at meal time, since eating Mersey Raw he has enjoyed all the food with out us having to add toppings and he licks his dish clean looking forward to him trying the different flavours

To early for me to say yet, but early signs are excellent.
My mate has been using Mersey Raw for many months to feed his working dogs and swears by it.

First time purchase for our fussy little eater diva. Tried so many in the past and just turned out to be a waste of money.
Decided to give it another go, and to be fair chose it because of the name. My Husband loves the song Ferry across the Mersey!
I am so chuffed he did! Our fussy little diva has suprised us and demolishes the food. There is now no turning back for us. Within a week we have noticed a difference and she just seems much more bouncier. We add a pro-biotic as is recommended. So happy we found Mersey Raw. The service and delivery absolutely excellent. Go on, give your furbabe a treat, they or you will not be dissapointed.

At long last , we’ve found the perfect food for our 2 malshis , almost 2 years of trials , tried raw before and nope , they were not having it , but Mersey Raw dog food definitely looked more that other raw foods , definitely glad we stumbled across this product, only thing I have to do is put a gentle heat through their raw now , they love it . Love the product. Can’t find anything close online. The only thing I’d change is the price and delivery charge. I’d buy more often if delivery was free. But overall really pleased with the product

We have been using Mersey raw for the last 4 months, 2 months from a Northampton raw dog food outlet and now online direct. Our American silver labrador Nellie absolutely loves it. She is 2.5 years old and has been on raw since a puppy. We have tried lots of different brands including top sellers like Bella and Duke. We found that Mersey raw is the most meaty quality looking raw dog food, not sloppy and watery like others. I can definitely recommend it and and your dog will love it.

Very impressed with the packaging and freeze blocks which had kept the food in a very good frozen condition.
My dog has been fed raw for some time and this company has more variety than the previous one.
I'm sure she will be well pleased.
