Quality is fine, communication about the delivery should improve.
The quality is good and the product .. What is weak is the response when products are delivered late. Your company doesn't follow up the delivery and leaves the communication to the delivery company. When they don't act, your helpdesk just refers to tracking link or stated differently to the delivery company. Your company remains responsible for the delivery and should inform the customer about a delayed delivery.
Comment added after the reply: metalshop states a response is given after 24 hours. This is true, but that is not the point. The point is that the company should respond when the delivery is delayed and not wait until the customer complains. Furthermore, the comment of the helpdesk was ...just wait.

Found the perfect shirt for my son
My son wanted an Iron Maiden shirt. I looked on multiple websites. This shop had some really cool designs in several sizes for kids. The checkout was easy and transport (to Belgium!) was very fast. Good follow-up on when the package was going to be delivered. Would 100% recommend and will be buying from this shop again!
