They aren't Sharps but in some ways better with the fitting in difficult rooms and quality materials used. If you want 100% from beginning to end, you can't beat Neatsmith in terms of quality, fitting, finish, comms and attention to detail, but if you want that, expect to pay double, but Metro is up there with the best and what we got was a superb deal as we went all in with lights, compact designs, vanity units mirrors, a lot of drawers and space-saving features. The choices were good the color schemes plentiful and their patience in accommodating no-fuss changes before sign-off was commendable.
The journey was anything but easy or straightforward, as the complex nature of the rooms with curved ceilings, pipes, and difficult corners threw up problems that would have challenged even the seasoned professional. Why it ended up becoming a gung-ho circus event is beyond me, but highlighting the obvious asymmetric mistakes, which the fitters assumed I would simply accept was perplexing and was not acknowledged by the office who didn't seem interested in the issue while protesting this on chat and email. I didn't know there was such a thing as a fitting manager, but burying heads was all I got.
A big shout out to Ranto who presented us with some very detailed and impressive designs, Nik who created the drawers so well it was a joy to watch and Kinjal who came after the original team did not return and fussed about everything just to make the job proper. They make up a dream team only if they could be part of the same team, of which there are many. Lastly, big thanks to the office girls for their flexibility and Palak for being incredibly competitive to win my business and her ability to be as accommodating as possible, even when I had signed off on the job spec's without checking them properly. They were so good I hadn't bothered to check the sizes correctly.
Overall the job, the price, and the finish met my expectations and would I recommend or use them again? Yes, the savings are good, if not the timelines or some aspects of the installation, especially when trying to get the correct screw caps as fitters peppered the difficult room with way too many holes and wrong screw caps, and the cupboards looked like they had the measles. Once the correct screw caps were provided, I was really pleased as they looked like cupboards.

Great experience, great result
We approached Metro having explored a number of options and from the first contact with Palak, Sonal and the team were very pleased with how helpful and accommodating they all were in designing the wardrobes for our bedrooms. The end result was equally pleasing with the installation team being very polite and considerate to our needs. We intend on using them for additional work that we would like done. Good quality and good customer service
I didn’t find Metro Wardrobes, Facebook flashed them up by some fluke coincidence when I was thinking of having wardrobes fitted! I went to the showroom and was also shown the factory side by Luci, who helped me choose the finish and then came and measured up. The fitting process was impressive and the finished product I am most happy with. I even had a couple of minor issues, that Palak handled and ensured was put right. I’ve recommended them based on my satisfaction and hope you have the same positive experience.

Five star experience
Metro did all the wardrobes for our 5 bedroom house. All of them were bespoke and were to an extremely high standard. Palak and Sonal who helped us with the design process were outstanding and extremely professional through out. Sandeep, our installer took extra precautions to make sure the wardrobes were installed with great care as well as precision.
We are very happy with Metro and cannot wait for them to do our garden outhouse.

Unhelpful customer service
Rang with a simple fitting query re clearance. Got the 3rd degree about where I bought it and who I was. Explained I was refitting a 2nd hand unit so no idea of original customer and couldn't see why it mattered. Very unhelpful. She said she would get tech to call and just hung up. Nobody called back. Main landline on answering machine so had to call a mobile.

Quality product and service
This is out 3rd wardrobe from Metro wardrobes. As always, everything was very clear from Day1. Palak helped with the quote, and order. Xenia (The surveyor) was excellent as she presented us with good options based on the site visit.
Jinal and team did our installation. They work respectfully and diligently to get the wardrobe installed(a week earlier than committed).
Very happy with the outcome and thanks to Palak, Xenia, Jinal and the rest of the team to have delivered another stunning wardrobe exactly like how we wanted.
**Update about previous wardrobe installation**
Been 2 years and the 2 wardrobes are as good as new. So quality check, cost check, customer service check.
Would be more than happy to recommend this company and their products/services.

Not happy with the Metro Wardrobes at…
Not happy with the Metro Wardrobes at all. There was no good communication and explanation on the first visit. I did not get what I asked for. I had to keep calling to get the guarantee send to me. I was told I will get it in 2 days time but on the 5th day I had to call and argue with them to get it. I do not recommend this Company to any one.
