From phone call to finish all good
Great communication throughout, including regular contact from the delivery team, fitter, and central office on the day of fitting and in the run up. Our fitter was Divesh brilliant - very careful, conscientious and clean. He asked us to comment on aspects of the build throughout to make sure the final product was exactly as we wanted. Items/materials all sorted carefully at the end of the first day and the room and wardrobes was left clean at the end of the fitting.
The wardrobes that were fitted were exactly what we wanted . Lots of useful storage, ideal. Metro wardrobes are easy to deal with and from sales to survey to fitting they were excellent.

Absolutely incredible!! PERFECT FITTED WARDROBE
Absolutely incredible!!! The guys (Kendal and Neil) did such a fantastic job and the result is fantastic! Perfectly fitted wardrobe with amazing strip LED lights (no dots visible!), soft closing for the doors and drawers and everything exactly as we wanted. Even the fitting around the skirting is perfect.
I am an architect and sketched my idea but they developed the design and I am over the moon with the result!!! Mike from Metro wardrobes took all measurements and arranged / updated everything as per my request. The quote was also the best one we received!
The guys were very careful with our freshly painted white walls and protected all floors so no dust or stains were visible. They cleaned everything at the end and were so kind and positive the whole time. :)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Very poor quality fitting. Very bad communication. Slow and unresponsive.
Veeeery close to being a SCAM. House is a complete mess for more than a month while wife being pregnant.
Most DISORGANISED company I have ever dealt with. Lack of communication between departments. Impossible to properly communicate with 80% of their staff.
Quite likely we wasted £10000 for nothing.
SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
The details:
Very aggressive on requesting payment and then everything went downhill.
1) Measurements were wrong. I Insisted that they should measure the dimensions again. They ended up measuring 3 times and despite that they managed to mess it up.
2) Upon realising the mess they made (after fitting 50% of the wardrobe) they ordered new materials, built the wardrobe again and still made a mistake. Unfortunately, the second time the damage was irreversible as they had already cut my carpet. On top they have damaged the walls and the ceiling.
3) Almost two months since the process started. Wardrobes still not fully fitted. 50% of what they’ve already fitted is very bad. Damaged wood from the screws, not straight etc
As I said, do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere.

Excellent, very helpful company
I must confess that we didn’t initially get the best impression from Metro Wardrobes. Despite their flashy website, when we approached them 4 months ago, their setup wasn’t as polished as high street chains such as Hammonds or Sharp. Their showroom is in an odd, difficult to get to retail park location near Wembley and was in a bit of a mess when we visited due to refurbishment. Also, their measurers used pen and paper rather than laptops. However we decided to give them a go and are extremely happy that we did so.
As soon as we paid our deposit, Metro were always in touch with us and very communicative, giving regular updates and reminders.
The fitting went well over 2 days and the fitters did a great job. They did however realise upon finishing the work that 2 of the wardrobe doors were not of the exact same colour match and were very upfront about it. They said they would rectify it immediately and order the correct doors. It then transpired that their supplier had discontinued that range without telling them and they were dismayed as much as we were, potentially having to redo the entire job in the different colour at their own cost. However, they fought tooth and nail with the supplier over the next few weeks and finally managed to source two more doors of the correct colour. They have also since stopped doing business with that supplier!
The end result is of a very high quality, very sturdy and looks really great. I would highly recommend Metro Wardrobes and would definitely use again for future fittings.

Perfectly Completed
I can't contain my excitement about the incredible job that Metro Wardrobes did at my place. They installed a stunning shaker wardrobe, a functional home office, bathroom cabinets, and stylish side tables. From the moment I reached out to them, everything was so smooth and easy. They promptly scheduled a design visit and took the time to listen to my preferences, making adjustments to the designs until they were just right.
To get a feel for the furniture's quality, I decided to visit their showroom. That's where I met Palak, who not only showed me the exceptional craftsmanship but also patiently explained every step of the process.
Kinjal and Sumit came for the installation. They were excellent in their job and once everything was in place, they even went the extra mile to clean up and leave the space looking spotless.

I do not usually write reviews, but their service is so bad I felt I had to.
I do not usually review companies, however I felt I had to with Metro. Having been initially brought in by their slick sales person and their relatively cheaper prices from their competitors. I can safely say I was disappointed and let down on every aspect of the fitting, the quality after fitting and the appalling customer service ever since. First of all they do not provide a proper invoice. On the first invoice they listed wardrobes and then the price. There was two weeks of back and forth on this so that they list out the spec, colour, and quantities. Otherwise you could be buying anything.
When it came to the fitting, they removed both wardrobes and fitted one of them two days later. They then said they wont be fitting the other wardrobe for 3 weeks. This left me with all my clothes on the floor and living out of a suit case for this period of time. They had over two months notice to get all wardrobes ready and schedule in this work. Once both wardrobes were fitted they managed to fit the wrong draws on both wardrobes and the incorrect handles on one of them. This then took another month to sort out, with the incorrect handles permanently fitted as holes have been drilled.
One year into the fitting the covering on the wardrobes started to peel and show air bubbles all over. It has now been a year and I still have not had anyone come to change these in line with their so called 10 year warranty. When they did eventually turn up, it was at 7pm in the evening after I had waited all day for them to arrive. This was then cancelled and is still yet to be rebooked.
If there is any take away, do not go with this company, as they are disorganised, unprofessional, and the final product is poor.

Regarding the invoice, we have a standard format that we use for all our customers. We did not receive any indication of an issue with the invoice when we sent it via email. Additionally, you had made an appointment to come to our office but later cancelled it. However, when you raised your concern about the invoice, we promptly made the necessary amendments as per your request.
In regards to the door issue, we took action upon receiving your complaint and arranged for our fitter to visit your house for the replacement. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the scheduled fitter was unable to visit your house on the planned day. However, we ensured that a replacement fitter was sent the very next day to address the issue. We were able to obtain the necessary door for the replacement, and we have also ordered a new door for you. However, there has been a delay with the supplier, and we have not yet received the new door.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these situations. We are fully committed to resolving these matters promptly. Your feedback regarding the warranty and the rescheduling of the appointment has been duly noted, and we will take the necessary steps to address these issues as soon as possible.

Very pleased with new wardrobes they look good & are value for money. The designer came on time and gave us all the information for material and interior. Installation was quick and very professional, carried out by an experienced & very competent fitter. We started with a visit from Nessy who was so refreshing, no pushy sales process just simply explaining the process and listening to our ideas for designs.

Just got my new fitted wardrobe from Metro
Just got my new fitted wardrobe from these guys and I couldn't be happier! Starting from the design visit to the installation everything was so fast and easy - the designer, Ranto, came to my house and helped me come up with the perfect design that fit my storage needs. He sent me the 3d design on the same day and also, did the changes until I liked the design. Then the fitting team, led by Kinjal, came and installed it all in just a 2 days. I love how my new wardrobe looks - it's exactly what I wanted.

Excellent Job from Metro Wardrobes
Excellent Job from Metro Wardrobes. Not cheap but you definitely get your money worth, plus a 10 year guarantee. The builder Kinjal along with his colleague Naitik performed very well and completed essentially everything in one day. They had to come back the next day to install handles to drawers and doors as my personal selection was not available in time but they came in within 24hrs of the wardrobe installation.
Happy with everything and hopefully I will not need to use the guarantee.

Amazing Experience
I had an amazing experience with Metro Wardrobes!
I had 2 projects so far with them. Nessy was amazing and helped us with the design and all our needs! She delivered the design very fast and all the adjustments were made the next day.
The fitting team was very professional! They were very careful with the remaining furniture in the room and they cleaned after the job was done. They even cleaned the hallway.
I could not recommend more Metro Wardrobes as they are very professional.
