Had an issue with a burst pipe under our down stairs bathroom sink. Niko Mesini dealt with it quickly and professionally.

I had a leak coming from the back of my toilet. I was able to get an emergency appointment. The plumber Mike Lawson called to discuss the problem and arrived on time. He was very prompt and explained how he would fix the problem. He was very professional and polite and explained everything regarding his work. Mike is an asset to your company. I would recommend Dyno to friends and family because of Mike’s work.

Phoned at 1500, there by 1830. Apologies for being late. Mike very respectful of customer and property. A few hurdles were quickly overcome with any problems sorted without a fuss. Very professional and polite. Would use again

The METSERVE Plumbing Representative on Thursday 2nd July 2026 repaired the mechanism of my slow filling toilet in the downstairs cloakroom by establishing what caused the problem and resolving the issue very fast.

The METSERVE Plumbing Representative on the same visit also resolved the issue I had with my Water Pressure Regulator located under the Kitchen Sink. It was making loud noises and vibrating causing much concern to myself. The METSERVE Plumbing Representative resolved the problem very quickly by cleaning out the Water Pressure Regulator Filter which was covered in Limescale Deposits

Had a leaking kitchen tap, booked appointment with Dyno, arranged time and date.
Simon arrived on time, sorted problem out and replaced old mixer tap with new, left tidy, very approachable, knowledgable and explained everthing as he was going along.

The engineer arrived on time, quickly identified the problem and had the parts available in his van to fix it there and then. All sorted in 30 minutes and with no mess to clear up

Two leaks in downstairs toilet which entailed removal of toilet basin and creation of access panel to facilitate repair. Tim kept us well informed throughout, carried out the repairs in a timely manner and we are left with a clean dry room again. We await the repair team and I am sure they will be equally efficient. Excellent service throughout.

Our plumber Nigel Stephens was very polite .....on entering our home put on shoe coverings. He came to fix our toilet as it was not flushing. He knew exactly what he was doing seemed very experienced. Explained exactly what he had done. Job done ✔️ I would thoroughly recommend him

Today we had Samuel (Sam) visit our house to fix a water leak under our hallway floor. We have tiled hallway and Sam did such a great job cutting away the tiles and finding the leak with minimal fuss. His attention to detail was above and beyond what we were expecting. He fixed the leak, explained exactly how this leak came about and suggested some future fixes that were most welcome. During the entire visit, his manners were impeccable and he was very engaging. He also left the entire work area clean and tidy after the visit. I would highly recommend Dyno and of course Samuel for any of your plumbing needs.

Very pleased with the fast response and quality of work which was carried out by engineer Jack Waite and he was excellent in all respects. Replaced two basin taps and fully explained what he was going to do. He tidied afterwards and was professional in all respects, a credit to your company!

Tim was excellent and solved our problem very quickly, despite having to go into the loft which is the temperature of the sun in the heat wave!

Had a burst pipe repaired which resulted in excess pressure to the bath filler system causing another leak. Engineer came out on Friday and ordered parts sent a message on Saturday to Tim who was with us within 20 minutes to finish the repair and make sure we would be able to shower over the hottest weekend of the year. Speed of response excellent from the very first call. The HomeServe insurance is worth its weight in gold.

Returned from holiday to find that I had a leak causing wet carpets and stained ceiling and walls. Callun arrived very quickly and discovered the cylinder in the airing cupboard was leaking. He resolved the leak and put a valve on a pipe in order for me to be able to switch it on and off to have a shower. After a new cylinder had been delivered Callun came back to fit it. He was very professional and respectful of my property and did an excellent job.
