I love my new earrings! They are perfect. Communication was great regarding shipping and they were received quickly.

I bought 5 ct. round earrings and they are stunning! The quality of the diamonds is amazing and I love that I was able to get the screw back posts. I have looked at, and purchased, diamond earrings from other stores and no other retailer offers the quality, prices, and customer service that Michael Gabriels offers. I greatly appreciated the communications I received throughout the process. In addition, IGI Laboratory Grown Diamond Reports are included in the package. The earrings arrived quickly and were delivered to a nearby FedEx store for pickup. I love my earrings! Throughout the day I keep looking in the mirror to see them sparkle. I had been resistant to considering lab created diamonds until I placed my natural diamond earrings next to a lab diamond. The difference was so significant that I finally realized why I hadn’t been happy with my natural diamond earrings. I had bought a good quality pair of diamond earrings but they didn’t have the clarity and shine that my new ones do. When I decided to buy myself a pair I did some research for the best place to shop and luckily, Michael Gabriel’s showroom was a train ride from my home. I tried on various sizes, finally choosing a 1 tcw pair. They’re perfect! I don’t think I’ve stopped smiling since I put them on.

I don’t even know where to start my journey with Michael Gabriel’s began a few months ago. I bought a ring that was too big. I reached out to customer service to discuss and get a refund NO issues at all they were so accommodating. I then turned around and reordered a ring different stone cut and appropriate size BUT I was out of town this company was so accommodating that they held my ring after production waiting to ship it until I was home— I mean honestly who does that Michael Gabriel’s does that !!!!
