I ordered 2 ctw simulated diamond earrings. They came with IGI certificates and the earrings are brilliant and make me smile every time I look at them. They are even more reflective with clear color than my natural diamond earrings with GIA certificates with the same 5 C certifications. I even got expedited shipping for an event I was attending the following week. Great experience overall. I will certainly order from this company again.

I realized when I received my wedding band on the date they promised- it was the wrong size. Panicked I called and texted Jacob and I am still amazed how helpful, understanding and empathetic he was. They immediately sent a return shipping label and promised they would do their absolute best to send the correct sized ring before the wedding date- 3 days out I was resigned to not having the ring in time however I got the great news again from Jacob they would priority overnight at no cost to me and it’s on its way. Thank you Jacob for making it happen and your kindness

I never leave reviews but this experience is certainly worthy of one. This was a great experience from start to end. Every question I had was answered quickly through email. Typically within an hour. When the jewelry was complete they text and emailed me. To keep this as a surprise for my wife they found my nearest FedEx location and shipped them there. Again they text once FedEx picked them up and had them delivered by 930 the next morning. The jewelry is amazing and more than I could have hoped for. The diamonds are stunning and certificates match the description online. All certificates were included. I will certainly be using Michael Gabriel’s again for my future purchases!

I had been pointed to a particular ring from this store as a Potential anniversary gift for my wife for 20 years. When I went online to order it, I learned that each piece was individually put together and that routinely it may take me a few weeks to get what it is that I wanted I contacted customer service to see if there was a way to get it sooner and they were immediately responsive. Within an hour or two they assured me they would be able to get me the ring within days as opposed to the normal couple of weeks it takes. They expedited shipping and dealt with me in a friendly positive and professional manner. I will definitely shop with these people again. The ring itself is gorgeous bling! Bling.

Customer service always replied very quickly, before, during and after my purchase. It was amazing. And even better, my diamonds were of an even greater color and clarity rating than expected. I'm really happy with my cushion cut studs and I get a lot of compliments on them.
