I have ordered many pieces from Michael Gabriels. They always send me a text when they have been shipped. I pick it up at FedEx to insure it arrives safely and text them back when I pick up the package. All the pieces of jewelry I have bought from them are absolutely and stunning. I highly recommend them.

First time dealing with this company and I will be back for sure! I could not be happier with my experience. I originally ordered a pair of 3ct tw Lab diamond earrings and when I received them I realized that the backing that I ordered did not work with my ears and made the earrings droop a little. I immediately sent a request asking for an exchange for the same earrings with a different back.
I thought they would give me a hard time. So many companies make it so hard to do returns or exchanges, but not Michael Gabriels. They sent a return label that same day and kept in touch with me the entire time. I received so many nice messages from Customer Service checking with me throughout the process.
From the first order, to the exchange process, to my replacement order, the entire time frame was less than 2 weeks. Michael Gabriels stands by their name and their promise of quality & service.

I was looking for diamond earrings and just couldn’t bring myself to pay that much for for them. I came across MG Diamonds on social media and decided to order the lab grown 3cttw earrings. I couldn’t be more pleased! They are the perfect size. They have 14k screw-back mountings making sure they won’t come out. The quality is excellent. The diamonds are so beautiful and they came with an appraisal. The customer service was awesome. In fact, I was able to text them before I made the purchase. They responded right away! I received them in a couple of days through FedEx. I had to sign for them but that was to be expected. Overall experience was amazing and I would definetely buy from them again! 5 stars

Easy process of ordering, bracelet came early and when I decided I wanted to double the size, the return was flawless. The original bracelet, despite returning it, was beautiful and am certain the new one will be more spectacular.
