Parcel didn't arrive, they didnt care
Parcel didn't arrive. I emailed many times to resolve and explained id used tracking details and searched ground and neighbours for item, i was told to claim off post office but that's only half the amount of the purchase so consulted a solicitor. Hope i can now get either my order or a refund. Staff were blunt, uninterested and ignored half of my emails. On looking through GOV I've found its two young girls registered for the business licence but funny they were born the exact day in the exact same year. Just seems very suspect when all the information put together. Great if your parcel arrives but any issues and your left out of pocket.
update........
so the reply they have left below is exactly what i have stated i have done, it took the finance company Klarna to intervene to get my refund but the cheek of Millionare£ vision they still expect me to pay the £5 delivery fee for an item they admit never arrived !! STAY CLEAR !!
