Deceitful Experience. Hefty charges even on trial.
Hello - This is a BIG BIG caution if you ever planning to make a subscription with Mindscape app.
Their User Journey flows are just so deceitful and leaving an hefty charges showing your to use their trial version. They charged close to $30 showing .99 cents for their trial version. When raised a ticket to verify the charges and cancel all the subscriptions, they sent me a TnC and they wouldn’t be able to help me out returning those abrupt $30 charge.
Please don’t waste your time enrolling in this app. And it has already a 1star rating. I got trapped with their Insta ads. So just be aware and stay away from these fraudulent and not customer centric apps. It appears to me that they want to grab as much as they can in the first attempt.

I wish I had looked here before purchasing. Same horrible experience as others have posted, got charged for a subscription "extra subscription" that I never signed up for, company policy is no returns under any circumstance. There should be a class action law suit against them.

I have never met such a criminal…
I have never met such a criminal enterprise such as mindscape app . I signed in to pay for a $1.99 IQ TEST & I end up finding out that they have signed me up for $120 per month plan taking monies out of my account illegally without my knowledge . My bank tried to help but they weren’t successful in preventing the fraudelent activity & I am still paying that amount monthly still to this day . How does this work ! It seems there’s nothing I can do about it. I am so pissed ! It’s the account we pay all our vet bills with and not I’m $120 per month worse off . How putrid & disgusting are these thieves ??? I have sent them numerous emails & they still persist in sucking monies out of my account

I tried to sign up and was never able to download the. Ap this was Dec 31 I am still being charged and cannot seem to find anyway to get out of this mess. VISA was to reimburse me and block it but I just got charged another 67.00 which does not make sense IT NEED TO BE ILLEGAL TO NOT BE ABLE TO REMOVE YOUR CREDIT CARD FROM ANY COMPANY SITE BY YOURSELF

The application operates to the detriment of users, fraudulently charging them for every service. Moreover, it does not allow users to cancel their subscription within the free trial period, effectively forcing them to extend it into the paid version.
When reporting the issue, customer support cynically responds that they are unaware of the problem and cannot issue a refund, but they will "kindly" cancel the subscription for me. This is a clear scam, and it is highly likely that the owner of the .io domain is the same person as the one behind the .com domain. The company is registered in Cyprus…

Purchased the App thinking it was linked to a purchase I had on the Browser.
It wasn’t.
Contacted Support and (Catherine) was very understanding and cancelled / refunded me.
Excellent customer service so anyone looking to use them will be well supported.
