Wissers waren zoals besteld. Bezorging via post NL waardeloos. 4keer veranderde leveringsdatum gekregen. Na 8 dagen bezorgd in brievenbus, terwijl aangegeven levering datum volgende dag was.👎👎

Product was beschadigd tijdens transport. Er werd direct een nieuwe gestuurd.
Profielen waren geschikt voor douchedeuren van 6 tot 8 mm, het was beter als je apparte zou hebben voor 6 en 8 mm. Op deuren van 6 zitten ze erg ruim.

2 van de 6 waterdruppelaars waren ingedeukt. Ze zaten los in een grote doos, geen beschermend materiaal ertussen en dat voor 22 Euro, schandalig!
Hadden geen zin meer om het te retourneren, maar zal niet meer bij u kopen.

After testing one globe from the 12-pack watering globes, the product did not justify keeping it and was returned in accordance with the company's procedure, with approximately €19 paid in return shipping costs.

The company refunded €19.99 from the original purchase price of €39.99, stating that the returned product showed signs of use. Only one globe had been tested, emptied, dried, and returned together with the remaining unused globes. After drying, there were no visible signs that distinguished it from the unused items.

Products of this type can only be evaluated by testing their functionality. Watering performance, flow rate, and ease of use cannot be assessed by visual inspection alone. Nevertheless, a 50% deduction was applied.

Despite repeated requests, no evidence or explanation was provided to justify the deduction.

Minismus later offered a €20 store credit but declined to refund the amount to the original payment method.

A company's values are revealed most clearly when issues arise. In this case, they spoke for themselves. The outcome reflected a lack of transparency and customer focus that falls short of what customers expect.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this product or this company.
