Visited their flagship store in Aylesbury and later bought some Twins Gloves from them online. They arrived super fast and packaged carefully. Genuine products and sensible prices!

Last minute order made at the start of fight week. Arrived on time in immaculate condition. Would recommend this company based on my experience

Don't bother buying anything from here. Ordered something on the 27th of August and it's still processing, I've sent about 5 or 6 emails asking to cancel my order had one reply asking why I want to cancel it but nothing after that. I don't think the company has the items in stock advertised on there website. I understand sometimes if there is a delay but why not communicate with customers? Still waiting on a reply about a refund. Poor service all round would not recommend and I should have looked at reviews before buying from here!

Ordered a gift for my brother. It was too small so I ordered a replacement. It has been almost 2 months and still I got nothing and the tracking link doesn’t work. And for some reason another company was making the order, brickandgrit, and they take days to answer. They won’t issue a refund. Don’t buy from them.

My order took 4 weeks to arrive with no explanations provided. Poor customer service and communication. Please do not buy from this company.

Avoid! Read the reviews. Ordered multiple items. Told certain item wasn’t in stock after having to ask why it wasn’t delivered. After contacting the store was offered a refund. Still waiting despite multiple attempts over a month later. Had to contact card issuer to sort it.

An update on my previous review too. It got worse. After several emails back and forth and on 3 different occasions being told that I would be recieving my order imminently, I finally gave up and requested a refund.

Jevi said he'd handle this personally and had processed it immediately. After 14 days no money had arrived back with me and so I had to go to my bank to challenge the transaction and get it back. All communication from Minotaur fight store stopped and my emails were left completely ignored. I truly couldn't encourage people enough to avoid this shop.

Scamming people with delivery dates (haven't received my product yet, so maybe with the products as well). Ordered a product from the website 11 days ago, the delivery was stated 1-3 days. Royal Mail didn't even receive anything from them yet.

Since beginning my fight journey several years ago I have been getting all my gear from Minotaur. Their customer service is always very friendly, they deliver quickly and I couldn’t ask for a better place to get the best quality gear from :)

Over six weeks telling me that the bag that I had ordered which was showing as in stock ready for 3-5 day delivery, was coming in on the next delivery only to then be told it was no longer available. Then waited a further 2 weeks for a refund which was never sent and had to get my money back through chargeback with my bank. Would definitely not use again

I went to this store for my first time buying MMA equipment. Jevi was very knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to talk us through the many options available.

Jevi helped us a lot select our gloves and he was very kind throughout the process

Quick delivery and they had the colour and size I wanted so I ordered it quick and glad I did - no problems recommending them and using again in the future.

I ordered some gloves for my son in April. They took weeks to be delivered and I had to chase them up. When they did arrive they had sent adult gloves and not children’s. They told me I could return them and would not be charged postage but it’s now June and I still haven’t had a refund. They are also really hard to get hold of. Wouldn’t use them again.

I ordered a WBC cap on 7th June. Contacted for shipping update after it surpassed 3-5 working days, no response. Called up, no answer. Opened a claim against them via my bank. Surprised to see so many bad reviews, I thought these guys were reputable but as I’ve found out, they’re not. Avoid at all costs.

Always a welcoming place, great customer service, great staff and always true to the price, I would recommend to visit the shop if anyone can, it's a great experience always!
