First time visiting the shop but will 100% be returning for all future boxing equipment! Jevi was great and gave advice, with a wide range of gloves that fit the budget . I needed to upgrade my super basic gloves and so settled on a pair of Rivals 14oz gloves that are brilliant!

I ordered from Minotuar then stumbled across the trustpilot reviews which really worried me.

But, to be fair to them, the customer service were on point responding very quickly and were also very polite.

My product arrived within 6 days from order so all good, I would definitely use again

I ordered a pair of Rival RB10s from the website.

I did not receive any update beyond the automated email stating that my order had been received for a week. I emailed a week later chasing up, and then it took another two days before someone replied. It turned out the gloves I ordered were not in stock, so they offered a refund or an upgrade.

I took the upgrade, which, by the way, took a further two weeks on top. When I finally received them 3 weeks after paying, I found even these replacements were incorrect, different to what I was promised. I specified velcro gloves, in all black, but received lace up gloves, in black and silver. At this point, after being out of pocket, fed up and without gloves for 3 weeks, I just bit the bullet and settled with what I received, as I feel it would just not be worth the extra stress.

I will say the customer service was good, they were apologetic and friendly. However, the logistics behind the company and it's inventory is a nightmare, exhausting and simply frustrating to what should be a simple process. Whilst I do appreciate the upgrade, I think it may be easier with less hassle to go through a different store or supplier.

AVOID THIS SCAM. Ordered shorts that were listed as in stock. A week later they emailed me saying they don't have them — yet somehow had time to offer me a cheap Chinese knockoff instead. I declined and waited 2 MONTHS for a refund. They kept promising specific dates not a single one was ever met. Don't believe them when they say the money is on its way it isn't. I'm not the only customer this happened to. If this happens to you, go straight to your bank and file a chargeback don't waste time waiting, these people are scammers.

I paid for the order, but they haven't shipped it.

Do not order from here - I had to ask bank for a charge back for monies taken for 2 items - £130 total. After having the cheek to take next day delivery charge, one item appeared 3 weeks later -not what was ordered either. I assume this was so they could show proof of delivery. Item went straight in the bin - bc it was wrong item and it appeared 3 weeks late, in legal terms it’s “unsolicited goods” - flick past all the fake 5 star reviews - that are obviously made up - “amazing store” haha all this nonsense - sound like Americans / no one over here speaks like that - “received a pair of gloves - totally amazing” lol the jokes on them. Taking money off single mums at Christmas time and sending nothing - flick back and have a look. I’m on their case - made a mistake with me. Also, I don’t believe “Beth” in accounts exists. Beware when walking through the jungle minatour, you may just bump into a tiger. Welcome.

Ordered 2 gi's having to chase to see if its in stock, chase to cancel my order and now chase to try and get my money back.
Its been 20 days and im 350 out of pocket

Ordered equipment for my sons Christmas and birthday. Some items didn’t make it for Christmas. That was accepted due to the issues with postal deliveries and some items were out of stock after I had purchased. I then changed the order since the items were out of stock. I ordered a different t shirt and also changed the other items I to a kit bag. They told me that the one I wanted (black) wouldn’t make it in time for his birthday so I changed to the black and grey suggested by them to arrive before his birthday. The bag didn’t arrive until a week after his birthday. The T shirt wasn’t delivered. They also said this other one now also out of stock and they would design me any t shirt. I sent them a design and they said they would make somethings close to that. It is now 5 months later and I am being ignored. I spent a lot of money buying quite a lot of equipment. Whenever I mailed they take days, sometimes weeks and sometimes no reply. I would never buy from them again and I would advise you to use another supplier as they have stole my money, gave me different items from what I ordered, let my son down at Christmas and birthday and their customer service is horrendous.

Ordered some Thai Boxing shorts, website said next day UK delivery but three weeks later still waiting for them. No contact from them at all. Can't get through to them on the phone, no response to emails or web forms. Absolutely shocking customer service. Dreadful.

Excellent experience. Very good service from start to finish. The team clearly knows martial arts equipment and gave helpful advice when choosing the right gi.

They have a very wide range of products for martial arts, with plenty to choose from, and the quality of the items is excellent. You can tell they carefully select what they sell.

The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

Highly recommended. Five stars.

Jevi was absolutely brilliant I bought my gi in the shop and he was very helpful from start to finish helped me choose the right one, and made the whole experience easy and straightforward. He really knew his stuff and took the time to help properly. I would definitely recommend him. If you visit the shop, ask for Jevi and he will look after you.

Parcel didn’t arrive. Ordered on the 22nd Feb, said it would be 2-3 days delivery waited a week and no tracking information. Tried calling the company and Filled out the contact form someone then called me on the 2nd to say they had located the order and will get it send out that evening on tracked 24. Still no tracking number until it was finally sent on the 5th March. Parcel has still not arrived and now received a letter from Royal Mail to say the parcel cannot be delivered as the sender did not pay enough postage. Over 2 weeks of chasing for a parcel. Spent over £400 with this company to not receive my parcel. Very poor service!

I sent multiple emails and even contacted them through their own website because I hadn’t received any order confirmation or tracking information. I only realized after four days that I never received an order confirmation in the first place.

After that, I opened a PayPal claim, and suddenly they were very quick to ship my order. The “5 working days shipping” they advertise is simply not accurate. It ended up taking about a month before I finally received my gloves and shin guards.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND SHOCKING SERVICE. I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

When I originally placed my order, website claiming 2/3 day delivery . The items were not shipped out, and I received no shipping confirmation until I had to email multiple times chasing an update. I was then told I would receive the items by the end of the week, which did not happen.

When the parcel finally arrived, only three items were inside despite me ordering five. Two items were missing. I recorded the unboxing, so there is clear evidence of what was received.

The lack of proactive communication throughout this process has been extremely frustrating. I had to chase updates repeatedly, and the overall handling of the order has been very poor — especially given that the items were time-sensitive.

Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would not feel confident ordering from this company again.
