I ordered a pair of gloves and paid extra for next‑day delivery. I received an email saying the item had been dispatched, but that was four days ago, and the tracking still shows that Royal Mail hasn’t even received the parcel. When I called to chase it, I was told it had been sent and that it was “probably Royal Mail’s fault as they’re normally slow this year.”
That excuse doesn’t make sense — I’ve had several other Royal Mail deliveries arrive on time since placing this order. If I pay for a premium delivery service, I expect to receive it.
After checking other reviews, it seems this isn’t a one‑off issue. If I don’t receive my order in the next day or two, I’ll have no choice but to raise a PayPal dispute, which is something I’ve never had to do before.
Unfortunately, this will be the last time I use this company.

I ordered some boxing gloves for my husband on 13th December and they called me to say they didn't have them in stock and would refund me the £70 in 5 working days. That was nearly 4 weeks ago now. I have filled in forms and emailed and got no response. I have called and no one answers the phone, nor can I leave a message. And i have even had to raise a Paypal dispute for the first time in my life. This is not acceptable, especially at this time of year. My last resort it to leave a bad review, something I really don't like doing, as a last attempt for someone to actually contact me!!

Edit: I have now received my refund but I had to kick up such a big fuss and call up more than once. I see the refund just hit, finally after nearly a month, but I haven't even had a courtesy email telling me about it or an apology or anything. I don't like leaving a bad review, especially for small companies, so I do want to add that I have no idea about the items that they sell. They might be fine but the customer service really does need improving. They stated they closed for 2 weeks after Christmas. Just having an out of office on the email, or a recorded message on the phone response would help. People don't mind waiting as long as we know what's going on.

Absolutely solid fight store. The staff actually know what they’re talking about and don’t try to upsell you stuff you don’t need. Quality gear, fair prices, and a proper fight-gym vibe. I’ve been a few times now and it’s always a good experience — whether you’re just starting out or already training seriously. Definitely recommend Minatour if you’re into combat sports.

Ordered two T-shirts on 17 December with a stated delivery time of 2–3 working days. It is now 31 December and the order has still not arrived. I have sent multiple emails and received no response. I also tried calling, but the phone goes straight to voicemail advising they have turned the phone off to work through a backlog of orders. Complete lack of communication and extremely poor customer service. Avoid.

Highly recommend 👌 needed these gloves for my son for Christmas 🎄 as soon as I emailed the company there response was very fast.
My son recived his gloves as promised before Christmas 🎄 i will be ordering more items in the future.

Ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas on the 6th December and here we are on the24th and no shirt!
Very quick to take payment though.
On receipt of the order it states 2-3 days delivery and that I would receive a shipping confirmation email , which I still haven’t got.
Luckily I bought via PayPal and got an instant refund,
My son will be very disappointed so I hope this shambolic company are happy with themselves.
My advise is to steer well clear of them as there are many reputable companies out there.

On 3rd December 2025 ordered various boxing equipment items for my little boy for a Christmas present, items he really really wanted. Dispatch time stated 2-3 days. By 16th December as I had still not received the items I emailed customer service (I had to email as I tried to call customer service but they had stopped taking customer enquiries so I didn't have that option). I asked if they could confirm the items would be received before Christmas as they were a present for my little boy

I received an email back the next day advising they would be sent out and I should receive them early the following week (with one of the items delayed until the New Uear)

It's Christmas Eve, I have not received any of the items nor any contact from customer service. This is appalling, I will have one very disappointed little boy on Christmas day, he'd asked for these items on his letter yo father Christmas. If they would have been truthful and told me the items would not be received in time for Christmas I could have cancelled the order and ordered from somewhere else.

Having read some posts on social media platforms it looks like they have done this to other people. Shame on you Minotaur Fight Store

My item has not been received. I have sent multiple emails complaining and asking when the gloves will be turning up and had no response what’s so ever. I also cannot call them due to the Christmas rush so will now have to sort a refund out through my bank as there is no way of contacting them.

I ordered a head guard, gum shield, gloves and t-shirt from the store (all venum brand) on 1.12.25. After 8 days of nor receiving a package or even notification of delivery I contacted the store.

The phone numbers were disconnected due to the christmas rush. So had to settle for messenger and online contact. After an initial 2 day wait for a reply. I was told the order had been shipped but without the t shirt as it wasnt in stock due to an issue with website.

I was offered as a "goodwill gesture" 2 of their own brand t shirts. As they were, for 2 t shirts the same price as my one I questioned how this was a goodwill gesture. I simply said refund the t shirt or if I will get before xmas then send the original t shirt. I was told it would be in stock and I would get it. A few days later I ten recieved a notification my order was shipped from royal mail. (This was odd as they told me it had already been shipped.

Fast forward to 20th December. Nearly 3 weeks after initial order I recieved my package.

Gum shield, gloves, and t shirt. NO HEAD GUARD. Also the gloves were a different variation of the ones I ordered (contender 1.5 instead of 2.0) I have since messaged multiple times and received no response. I have left my phone number too and no calls. I have accepted the gloves as they are the very similar and same price to what I ordered but I needed the head guard for my son's Christmas present. Iv been told blatant lies. Iv been fobbed off and now 23rd of December there is no chance he is getting the gift.

I understand its a small company but taking the number out of service was a huge error.

Edit:received the item this morning. So I have boosted the rating but the lack of contact and customer service and the slow delivery means im keeping the score lower.

I ordered from Minotaur Fight Store and paid extra for premium/24-hour delivery. It has now been over 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my order.

Since placing the order I’ve repeatedly been told “it will be delivered next week”. They’ve also claimed the parcel was already sent but the post office “didn’t scan” it. I don’t find that believable in the context of a next-day service, a 24-hour delivery should not take weeks, scanned or not.

Honestly, this doesn’t feel like a genuine store dealing with a normal delay. It feels like a scam: taking payment, then giving excuses and moving the goalposts without delivering.

My advice: stay away, save your time and money, and buy from a reliable retailer instead.

What ever you do, don’t order from this website. You can order items that are out of stock but your not informed of this until you chase you order, you are then told they will check the warehouse for stock and update you, but you don’t get an update. When you call customer service the lines are closed even though it’s during opening hours, and now they have closed the customer services line completely!! They haven’t eventually responded to my emails but if taken a long time to get a response, fingers crossed I get my refund…. Watch this space

I ordered boxing shoes online from Minotaur Fight store, delivery couple of days late, so I called to enquire and customer services representative had few technical difficulties (It happens) but customer service representative Jedi did call me back very quick, quicker then I thought (some other places I have dealt with in past I have had to chase). He was polite, interested in issue, friendly and very helpful. Jedi sorted out the issue immediately & my order received next day with free gift for any inconvenience. The Venum boots, themselves are great (my foot size small so options limited on most websites even with junior choices) but suggestions and help from customer service brilliant. Thank you

The first time i went in store the guy was really friendly and talkative even tho he said he doesnt normaly work in the shop brought a groin guard it was well priced and second time i ordered 2 rashguards online they came really quick and also they were well priced cant fault the place instore they have a great selection of stuff pefect for any martial artist.
