Ordered two items on a Tuesday expecting 2-3 days of delivery time (as you’d expect) but 2 weeks later no information on the order, no updates, Royal Mail tracking still saying they are waiting for the parcel. I’ve decided to charge back on PayPal. Don’t order anything from these guys online… I’m not the only story of this.

Like everyone else said, I should have read reviews before ordering.

I ordered two rash guards on a Friday which were supposed to be 1-2 days delivery. Obviously, due to the weekend I expected them to come midweek the following week. One of them turned up when expected, but only one was in the packet. I decided to wait a few more days incase they were sent separately. Baring in mind I had no emails since my confirmation email.

I emailed on Monday to ask where the other one was, it was for a birthday goft for the Friday. I thought I had ordered them with enough time. Luckily, they replied on the same day but only to tell me they didn’t have it in stock. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have said this at the time of order or at least when the first one was packaged up. But they offered me a rerun or a replacement, they said they could send me a list of alternatives. I asked for the list as soon as they had replied. They still haven’t replied to me now, on Wednesday, and I needed it for tomorrow.

I’m so disappointed as I now need to go out and get something else. Absolutely terrible communication from them!!

Just wanted to share my experience with Minotaur Fight Shop (minotaurfightstore.co.uk) in case it helps anyone avoid the same headache.

I ordered a heavy bag from them a month ago. Their website said delivery would take 1–2 days, which was a big reason I chose them. After placing my order, I heard nothing for over two weeks. I had to chase them up multiple times just to get any kind of update.

Eventually, they told me that delivery for punch bags actually takes 10–14 working days (not stated anywhere on the site at the time). Fine, I decided to wait.

But it gets worse: After more waiting, they promised delivery today (22nd May) however I got a message yesterday from the courier saying my delivery was postponed AGAIN to the 28th of May because Minotaur didn’t have the item available when the driver showed up! So it seems they never even had my order ready to go. Who knows if they even have the item in stock.

Also I tried to call them over 100 times and they never picked it up.

I’ve wasted so much time chasing them I wish I would have read the multiple negative reviews about them everywhere.

TL;DR:
If you value your time and sanity, I’d recommend avoiding Minotaur Fight Shop. I still don’t have my item and have no idea when (or if) it will arrive.
