I submitted my lost property claim on **19 June** and, nearly three weeks later, I have still not received a single update.

I completely understand that not every lost item is recovered, and I appreciate that matching items takes time. However, what I do not understand is the complete lack of communication throughout the process.

Has my claim been reviewed? Has an item matching my description been handed in? Has it been ruled out? Is it still awaiting assessment? I have absolutely no idea because no one has contacted me.

It's incredibly frustrating to be left in limbo, especially when the item is of significant value. I'm not expecting an instant resolution, but I do expect basic customer service. A simple update to confirm whether there has been a potential match, whether the search is ongoing, or whether no matching item has been found would make all the difference.

The silence gives the impression that claims disappear into a black hole. Customers deserve better communication than this.

I would appreciate someone from MissingX reviewing my claim as a priority and providing me with an update on its current status. At this point, all I'm asking for is transparency.

MissingX found my glasses within 5 days of loss on a commuter train from London. The website was easy to navigate and the real time addition of lost property allowed me to scour the items to locate mine. There were so many it was impossible to find but once I registered the item, I did so, logged it and duly received an email confirming they found it. Saved me £750 and they did not charge me a penny. Thank you so much, brilliant service

Useless! I lost my airpods 3 weeks now in a train, and I have information to track it (it was still inside the train couple of days later). I sent proof. No acknowledgment from their side whatsoever at absolutely no point at all. Worth 0/5 because service is non-existant and careless.
