The Ralph Lauren prescription glasses that I ordered were perfect and my prescription was accurate, I got a 20% off code which I used and the price after that was extremely competitive. I even added Lotus coating (water resistance) for only £14 extra which was good. The clear lenses came with scratch resistant, anti-reflective coating as standard, and UV coating as standard (this is quite rare, UV coating isn’t offered by most opticians as standard on regular specs). Delivery was quick and came with a branded leather case. Later I also ordered Ralph Lauren prescription sunglasses, these were a great price too and again came with all the lens perks (I went for the green lenses, really nice! I didn’t opt for Lotus coating on these though as wasn’t as crucial for sunglasses), only issue is the frame had a mark on it and one lens was slightly ill-fitting, so I returned for a replacement, the replacement was fine but returns take forever to process as they get sent back to Germany so waited over 3 weeks for my refund (Hence 4 star review). Customer service is very helpful and pleasant though.

Thanks to Mister Spex for your kind response. It does say on your website that customers can message you but there is nothing on there that enables that. Not even an email address. I can't communicate on the phone due to short term memory. I'm interested in buying your glasses but can't seem to get any further than your robot.

Glasses were never delivered. Royal Mail said Mister Spex didn't provide a clear delivery address. I've been charged for the glasses, haven't received them and Mister Spex customer service is non existent.

They have charged me hundreds for returned items, not sent the order I actually made (despite my online account correctly showing the order status), and the online and telephone chat just close every time I try to contact them. I’m currently 100s down with no apparent means of remedy. There is no support email address.

Habe einige Brillen dort gekauft. Aber diesmal war es die letzte. Es ist jetzt das dritte Mal vorgekommen, dass die Brille falsch verglast wurde (komplett falsche Werte).
Zweimal bei mir, einmal bei meiner Frau.
Der Aufwand, wieder dahin zu fahren, zu reklamieren und und ist immer ätzend.
Nach Nachfrage, ob man dafür eine Entschädigung bekommt (weil, dritte Mal) bekommt man nur eine unpersönliche E-Mail, dass es dafür nichts gibt !!!!!
Hat meiner Meinung nichts mit Kundenfreundlichkeit zu tun.
Das man langjähriger Kunde ist, zählt nicht.
Daher werde ich hier nichts mehr kaufen.
Es gibt genug kundenfreundliche Optiker.....schade

Really good service, glasses arrived quickly and it was good to be able to use the see how it looks function on the website. They were exactly what I was expecting. Would definitely use again.

Contacts at a good price albeit had to wait a little for shipping from Germany so took more than 7 days.
