Won an iphone 8 from the besston branch had a battery issue took it back into store and they swapped the battery for my no problem

My dad dropped his phone when my parents were visiting and we were able to get it fixed on the same day within a very reasonable timeframe. The assistant was very helpful and gave us accurate (given that he also had to attend to other customers while fixing the phone) timescales for how long we had to wait. I'd be happy to go back.

He is very professional and knowledgeable, took about 15 minutes to fix the phone and I wouldn't hesitate to go back if an issue popped up again.
