Never had some awesome bottle. Different caps is not the best thing but it’s also coooool. The best thing is one bottle with different sizes. Tea infuser and a place under the bottle for some snacks are the best. Glass easy to clean and always fresh! Back to the caps. Four different caps are nice for different events. And the last. Metal straw and cleaning set. What else do u need!!

I never received my order after almost a year and reached out multiple times. After my note in July, they completely ignored me and didn’t respond. When I contacted them again last week, they replied saying they would look into it, but I haven’t heard back since. My order shows as paid, but there’s no tracking information and it was never shipped.

Given how they’ve handled this, I do not recommend purchasing from them if you expect to actually receive your order or get any type of response from the company. Very unprofessional.

Ich habe auf der Website bestellt nach DE und nach 5 Werktagen war auch die lieferung da. Die ware wird innerhalb Europa gelagert und ist daher schnell da. Mir gefällt das design vin der Flasche und die möglichkeit die noch in verschiedene größen und mit verschiedenen kappen zu verwenden. So kann man z.B. auch eine schnelle kappe für sport oder ein schraubverschluss für den altag verwenden. Mir ist das gkas aber leider gebrochen von der flasche. Ich habe noch ein energy drink von der dose gehabt und den rest in die flascge gepackt. Die ist vom gefühl geplatzt im rucksack nach ca 5 min gehen. Ich bin dann auf die seite gegangen und hab die support mail gefunden und angeschrieben. Der support ist sehr nett und hilfreich gewesen und ich haber ersatz bekommen, sogar schneller als die erste lieferung. Ich kann mich in keiner weise beschweren was lieferung und support angeht. Ich denke aber dass das glas evtl zu dünn ist für das design oder die form nicht ganz so stabil ist oder der halt oder die form nicht ganz so optimal gewählt

Es gibt noch luft aber es ist insgesammt schon eine gute erfahrung gewesen

Ne croyez pas tout les avis positifs sur Trustpilot, ce sont tous de comptes créé sûrement par l'entreprise. Ils ont tous qu'un seul avis bizarrement..

Seemed super excited about the bottle. First time i dropped it from 0,5 meter onto grass the glass core bottle broke.
So it feels nice. But dont drop it ever.
And the user guides are shit. Just because a person wears white gloves. Doesnt make it good.

I bought a bottle in 2023, still on crowdfunding and never received it

I want to first start off by saying I am very disappointed in this service and my order (s). The company is very unprofessional; there is no way to contact them; there communication is trash and I am pissed I ever ordered from this company.

I ordered 4 water bottles your company and all of them (the first 3) came incomplete. They were for (2) two birthdays and they all arrived incomplete!

This is embarrassing for you to be such a large and growing company with these types of mistakes! Now my girlfriend and my sisters WILL not have there gifts.

I am going to leave a very serious and honest regarding my experience with your company.

I am very frustrated and I will let anyone know who is interested in purchasing these bottles how they treat their customers.

Tried to cancel my order several times and they would not. Then I never got my order and they refused to refund me my money. Horrible customer service and thieves! Do not buy from them!

Update: They sent me the bottle that I don't want anymore so I'm trying to send it back. Their website states "If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted." They accepted my return but told me they DO NOT cover the cost of shipping returns. This has been a truly horrible experience with this company. Their website says one thing and they turn around and do another. Complaint filed with the FTC.

I initially faced issues with my order, including a delay and missing accessories, which left a bad taste initially. However, after I reached out with frustration, I appreciate the company's proactive response by refunding me $30 and also shipping the missing items. This showed their genuine care for customers and they owned up to this event. Mistakes happen, but their handling made a positive impression. I'm grateful for their follow-through and look forward to a smoother experience in the future!

This is officialy my favorite bottle. I've tried so many ove the years, but nothing comes close to the ModularBottle. It looks amazing , feels premium, and the modular design is actually useful, not just a gimmick. Whether I'm at the gym, in the car, or at my desk , it jus fits perfectly into my routine. The build quality is top notch, and I get compliments on it constantly. Highly recommend. Heads up, shipping might take a while.

Order placed in March. Contacted in April and informed bottle would ship and I'd be notified. Nothing since then. Sent another email requesting reimbursement. No acknowledgement. Can't speak to the product but customer service is horrible.

Best looking bottle in the business, looks good, feels great! Very adaptable to every situation except maybe rockclimbing or stunt double. Wont handle the stress.
Other than that, been using the bottle daily. Love that It keeps my cool and warm drinks. The customer support was great throughout, Ask for FLA!

I ordered 2 bottles @ $120.80, and received one. When I emailed asking where the other bottle was, they replied they were having stock shortage and will take 1-2 weeks. I waited 2 months and emailed again, they have disappeared, with no reply.

Very unprofessional. Don’t order!

Great customer service and great support

Since I have bought the bottle I used it almost daily. It is excellent for home and office use. I used it for preparing coffee , tea, hot chocolate, cacao, all the time very convenient use.

The poorer sides. It is not tough enough. If you drop it, something will crash. I had a pro kit and I dropped it 2 times on the ground. Once, the bottom of the big bottle crashed due to the heaviness of the water (was full of water when dropped ). Another time I dropped the small bottle and upper ring that screws crashed. After I reported to them, they replaced it immediately.

I recommend to them to replace the ring that screws with a metallic ring and to replace the bottom of the glass with a conic bottom (like the champagne bottles) because that shape does not crash easily while dropping.

Other problem is when I go in coffee shops and ask for the coffee to be made directly into the bottle. When a guy who does not know the bottle tries to rince it in the lavabo in a coffee shop, the glass bottle slips very fast in the lavabo and could crash. So it is risky to ask a person who is not accustomed with the bottle to prepare something directly inside.

Overall, over the last past years of use, it was an excellent experience and if they make a second version tougher, I will buy some more bottles.

Top tier bottle for sure. Although it took a bit to show up, the communication by the support team was awesome. Highly recommend.

Love the bottle design! Customer service was top notch when I asked about my shipment. It took a little longer than expected due to inventory shortages, but they made sure to keep me updated!

The bottle itself is pretty good quality and I'm highly satisfied.

I’ve been enjoying my TMB since receiving it as a backer. I personally like the bulky industrial design, and the overall presentation of it.

After some handling mishaps the plastic twist cap was cracking, but repaired it with some super glue and duct tape. Gave it a bit more of a used feel. I didn’t mind it, but the second complete crack was probably too much to keep using it. After reaching out to see if I could purchase a replacement part they offered a standard bottle if I just paid shipping. What a fantastic option and a relief that I’d still be able to rock this bottle around!
