The delivery time was terrible (15 months since it was backed up in Kickstarter). It was sad to see the bottles being available on Amazon and those who backed the project did not receive it promptly. The product is OK, I like the multiple options in the bottle. The size is not perfect for my car cup holder and the internal glass can contain up to 600 cc.

They require information in your order and I never received any kind of confirmation. I spent a week trying to get any answer while trying to get a confirmation. The only way they got back to me was threatening to report them to the BBB. I wanted them to cancel my order and refund my money, but like other companies I’ve had issues with, they lied saying its already going out, and still didn't provide any confirmation or anything to stall while they try and get past my request. Absolute disgraceful business practice.

It's a lot lighter than I expected and it fits in pretty much all my bags exactly as it should!

The material also feels premium and I've gotten so many compliments when I use it at work.

The slide topic not operational with one hand, it is extremely tight and you need to use a finger nail to tug on it.

Plastic is poor quality

Disassemble is awkward, too many pieces, so refilling is not a quick and easy fill at the water cooler.

WAY OVER PRICED for what you get.

Return policy is awful, once you use it and realize it's not for you, no Return.

Ad campaign is excellent. They'll suck you in, but I could of bought alot of CamelBaks and had a better bottle and more of them.

Placed order. No bottle for ovet a month. Company ghosted customer after onr reply as I recall.

Its a scam. Still waiting on the bottle from a purchase date of September25th. Requested a refund but instead they made a fake shipment email with a tracking number that doesn't exist a month ago.

If I could give this company a 0, I would. Backed this on Kickstarter over two years ago, and I'm still waiting. At this point, I wonder what they would do if we brought up complaints against the company for all the money investors placed but did not recieve their product.
I may change this review if I ever get my items that I funded those many years ago

The. Bottle and design look fantastic but the durability is not there. The lower plastic cracked after it rolled off my coffee table and today fell from waist height and the glass inside shattered. The first fall had no liquid inside the second the bottle was full. They are nice but just be cautious as I would not trust it falling from any height now.

Fles besteld. Kwam snel binnen. Na een paar maanden kleine scheur in. Klantenservice reageert heel snel en kreeg een nieuwe fles opgestuurd.

I bought their product because it looked super cool and had many tops you can choose from. Shipping was quick and it came packaged very well. I receive the product and right away I notice that the cap doesnt close properly. I email Modular Bottle and they send me another one right away. The next bottle I get has a better traction of the cap but it will probably lose its friction after many uses. The bottle is not the best design but their customer service was great and speedy. I look forward to their mark 2 of the bottle which (hopefully) will fix many of the flaws it currently has.

I use my bottle daily and love the ability to change the configuration as needed, but what has really impressed me is the customer service.

The reason why I have only given this 4 out of 5 stars is I cracked the top portion of the bottle due to over-tightening. It's too easy to do so when trying to get a proper seal. The crack is relatively small and is not leaking so I was prepared to live with it, but I was concerned about use over time.

I contacted support just to see if I could replace the top portion of the bottle. I received a response within a few hours from Fla informing me that they cannot replace parts at this time, but without batting a virtual eye, offered to send a standard bottle for free if I would pay the shipping. Within a few days, I had the replacement in hand. Now THAT is what good customer service looks like. No blaming me for my physical prowess (hehe) and no making excuses. Just a "How can we make things right" kind of attitude. PERFECT!!!!

Can't wait to see what these guys do next. I'm in!

They won’t reply any of your email or care about your experience, all they need is your money to be scammed on their crappy product quality at outrageous prices.

Don't waste your money on such poor quality product at sky high prices. If you do, you're out of luck because they won't reply or refund you.

The product is terrible, scratched (before I touched and still in the box), I can't even open or close it easily like it was made with a cheap 3D machine and they sell it with crazy high price for super cheap material. When I reported the situation they went silent.

The TMB is just awesome and it has been more than wortwhile to have been waiting for it a pretty long time. I am far more than satisfied and can certainly recommend it!

Phenomenal you guys are amazing. I adore your products but truth be told your customer service has truly secured me as a life long customer!

Ich bin super zufrieden mit meinen zwei Flaschen meine nutze ich täglich seit ca. 6 Monaten. Die meiner Frau ist seltener in Gebrauch. Ich bin auch begeistert vom support da leider mein Ring der die Kappe hält einen Riss bekommen hat, wurde mir sofort eine Mail auf meine Anfrage auf ein Ersatzteil beantwortet und mir sogar kostenfrei dieses innerhalb von zwei Tagen in den Versand gegeben. Ich habe schon eine ganze Reihe von solchen "Flaschen" aber mit keiner Anderen bin ich so zufrieden wie mit dieser und kann diese nur empfehlen. Einzig ich fände es schön wenn man jedes Teil einzeln kaufen könnte da nicht jeder jeden Deckel braucht oder eben mal das eine oder andere als Ersatzteil benötigt wird.
