Scam. Never got my order. They ghosted me. At first the were emails with explanations then nothing. No response, no website, everything disappeared.

This company is a SCAM. I never received my order!!! I never received a refund for my $65.00!!!
I never received a response!!!

I wish I could make it a Negative review. I ordered March 20 24 and like many others never received it and attempts to contact the company haven’t worked. DO NOT order from this company

I would give a negative 100 stars if it was a choice. Totally scam company. Ordered March, 2024 and still have not received purchased items or communication from them. However, they did respond to my credit card company saying I was provided a tracking number.

Unfortunately I made an order for 100 USD and only after looked up the reviews. This is a SCAM! Just like others, I never received my order! I emailed them many times and got the same responds that my order is on its way and after a bunch of emails they stopped responding. End of story basically. Never got my money back, never received an order. Conclusion, it's a pure scam.

Ordered late March 2024 as a gift. It was still not received as of mid July 2024. I believe the good reviews are fake! Email tracking is unavailable, and they will not respond to any of my messages. I have also contacted my cc company with a dispute for the charges, and after a couple months the "mommy's ark" front finally sent them my "order info" with a tracking number. My cc company said because of this they are basically stopping the refund. If they would have even looked up the tracking number provided to them, they would have see that was fake too! DO NOT ORDER!!! I can still continue the dispute with any proof I have...which is pretty much that tje tracking numbers show nothing. Plus all the claims of fraud on the internet! 🤞🤞I get the money back. Not going to give up on this one.

Scam scam scam ! Lesson learned always research a website before buying. I'm still struggling with my bank to get a refund.

Have been waiting months. Bought 2 food sets for my grandchildren. Neither was sent. Total scam. Will be reporting. Website is closed. Can’t trust anyone these days

Made an order in March 2024. Got several emails stating order was on delay, but it was going to come. Never got the order...No one responded to me emails.
Every customer deserves a respond and their money back! Poor! Scammer!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Total scam! I placed a $50 order in March. I received an email in April saying that the shipment would be delayed. In June I inquired about my order only to find that their support email had been disconnected. They still have an adorable Instagram storefront! I reported them to Instagram. That storefront needs to be removed. I hate that Instagram is still allowing this company to rip people off. Horrible!

These people are shady as hell. You Order they acknowledge the order then nothing. Waiting 2 months & still order not filled. I’ve been charged for it though!!!!!

Das set ist leider schon nach wenigen benutzungen nicht mehr gebrauchbar da das ganze Silikon nach Seife und Gummi riecht und diesen Geruch an das Essen abgibt ! Totale Enttäuschung das komplette Set ist im Müll gelandet nach nur wenigen Wochen - ich hoffe es hat keine gesundheitlichen Auswirkungen auf mein Baby

I ordered a $70 set in February. I, like many, received an email right after placing the order stating that shipment would be delayed. After many attempts to reach out, and not receiving my order by May, I disputed the charge with my credit card. My credit card company gave them until June 11th to respond, just last Friday, 06.07.24, I received an email from my credit card company stating that they finally heard back from the merchant who stated that they had shipped my order. My cc company said they have now closed my disput just off of the word from Mommy's Ark that they had shipped it. Really??? Because they are obviously so honest in their dealings??? And in order to dcontinue to disput the charge, they want photographic proof that I never received the product. How can I provide pictures of something that I never received????? When I try to go back to my order and track it, I receive an error. I assume this was a scam or the company folded. I am frustrated that I am going to have to chalk this up to my stupidity, eat the $70 loss, and know to never order from a company that I have never heard of again.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order - ordered back in February 2024 told there was a delay in delivery and nothing since. It is either a SCAM or a totally CRAP company - either way DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company needs to be reported. Placed order in February of 2025 was sent an email they will be shipping items in 4-6 weeks. When that did not happen I tried following up with emails and never received a reply.

This was a scam….I never received the merch and they took my money. Can’t get in touch with the vendor. Do not buy anything that you see off a Facebook/Instagram ad. This was a baby gift and I’m out a considerable amount of money.

Placed an order on March 25, 2024 and NEVER received it. When contacted Mommy's Ark MULTIPLE times to get a status on my order - and, then to receive a refund - was given the run around, if/when anyone bothered to respond.
