Ordered in March never received now it looks as if it’s gone out of business and never refunded my money

As many recent shoppers have discovered, Mommy's Ark is a SCAM! I placed an order for my baby granddaughter several weeks ago. When I attempted to track the order, all that came up was, "Not Available." I noticed on my credit card statement, the amount for the order was debited. I also emailed customer service and received a robo-answer saying that they are experiencing a high volume of orders (or something to that effect), and would get back to me as soon as possible. Each time I tried to go to their website, it said "Not Available." I hope I have sufficiently warned someone considering shopping at this store.

This is a scam!! I was excited to send these to our daughter in law for our baby granddaughter. I spent a bunch of money on April the 4th. NOTHING has been sent!! Whenever you click on the link they provide it's "No Longer Available" How disappointing and frustrating that they would just steal!!

This is a scam. I never received my order and now the website is gone.

SCAM! BEWARE! I placed an order March 24 and received confirmation that there would be a delay due to high volume. I can no longer track the item and have gotten the same bogus email about shipping delays. I hope I can get my money back but it's doubtful. SCAM!!!

Scam and fraud took your money and never sent product never receive ever no response no number no links work

This company is a Scam! They take your order charge your credit card the. Do NOT SHIP MERCHANDISE!

Do not order from them! Looks like Mommy's Ark is gone. I placed an order on 3/24. Got a confirmation right away and then a "delay in shipping notification". I kept checking back and it was never "picked up by courier". Checked again the other day and all the links are gone for tracking and for the store. Trying to get my money back now!

I was confirmed for my purchase never received it then they said it was canceled. Tried to reach out emailed customer service and support team and never responded. I think it’s terrible.

SCAM! Do not order anything from this company unless you’re ready to lose your money or file a dispute

placed an order on 12th February and have still not received my order. I emailed them 4 weeks after placing the order and they provided a lame excuse about issues with the courier which from reading other reviews here, seems to be their generic excuse. I've now emailed them a further 2 times to request a refund and have received no response so I will now be reporting this scam of a business to trading standards.
I wish I could warn everyone not to order from this place before they lose their money but I went to their Instagram page and they have disabled comments.
Please please please stay away from this company! Keep your money in your pocket and don't get scammed :(

Mommy’s Ark is a SCAM. Initially I was very excited to receive the order, but then I got an email from them saying that there will be a delay in shipping, so they guaranteed to upgrade express shipping. Weeks have passed by, my order never arrived, and all of a sudden I received an email from Mommysark saying that “my order has been cancelled upon my own request and I have been refunded”. First of all, I never cancel my order at all and secondly I never receive my money back. I contacted their customer service, no one ever replied to any of my emails. So i never got my order and never got my money back. I am truly disappointed with this brand. Now their website is not even working.

I would give 0 if possible.
Ordered on 1st Feb and I am still waiting.
Been in contact but after reading other reviews, it seems to be the same generic responses. They will tell you it’s in customs and held up. Then a new one is sent out on express delivery. Then they just ignore you!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Contacted my bank for refund.

This must be a scam operation. They took my money immediately but I never received the product. Please don’t order from these scammers.
