Unfortunately I didn’t read reviews when in February I placed an order worth £87. Yes, all a scam. An initial email after my first enquiry claiming a delay in transit, but nothing since. STAY AWAY!!

I never received my order! Total fraud!!!!!! They won’t respond to any emails so stay away!!

I ordered two months ago. Promptly went on credit card. No further communication. Going to try to reach out.

Just googled them, all links are defunct. Apparently not a legit company that I fell for. Facebook needs to stop permitting commercial posts.

Now store is non existent!!
How do we get our monies back?

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I wish I had taken the time to research the company before I spent $50. I never received the product, and I repeatedly tried to contact with no success. I hope this review helps save someone else some money. Do NOT buy from this company.

Absolutely horrible Company, do not order from Them. I placed an order two months ago. I then received an email saying the order would be later than originally said. I have emailed repeatedly asking when My order will be shipped. I have received no response other than They are behind on emails. Not professional, nor reliable, do not order!

SCAM!! BEWARE!! Don’t buy from these people you’ll never receive your items and they never respond to emails. It’s a scam! I bought my items March 19th and I’m still waiting. Chinese at their finest!

This is a scam company. Do not use them. They’re sadly praying on new parents and sleep deprived mothers. I too emailed, chasing my order on several occasions and the scammer responded, stating that my order had been processed but there were issues with the courier. Absolute liberty!

I purchased $168.87 worth of Mommy's Ark meal time products on March 24th, was charged on the 25th. I have not received any items, they have not responded to any of my emails.

Complete scam!!! Ordered 177 dollars worth of products never received a thing . Sent many emails and finally received an email saying that that it does not email does not exist. The tracking number was fake . No one responses but my card was charged the amount.

I placed an order for some products for my granddaughter. It was weeks and the items never shipped. I messaged the company. No response. I contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charge. On the third message I sent I advised the company to cancel my order. They finally responded and said it was shipping that day. I told them I already had the charge reversed and if I received the products that I would ship them back. Needless to say I never received the products and the link to my order was removed.

Total scam. I ordered stuff in mid March and I never received any product. They cancelled my order through Shop, but, never refunded my money.

This website is undoubtedly a scam. Despite placing an order on April 9th, I have yet to receive the product, and all attempts to contact them via email have been met with silence. Furthermore, the website link is now defunct, adding further suspicion to the legitimacy of this operation.

HUGE scam. I spent $126 on product in March, and have been ghosted by this company. They charged my card and never replied. TERRIBLE company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MOMMYS ARK!

Scam alert!!!! You will never receive anything and when you’re about to check out they will offer you a big discount to buy another item for 1/2 off then you get all your email confirmations but once order is placed you will receive another email saying that because of high demand your order will be delayed. Then weeks eill go by and you will never receive anything. If you email them or open your order tracking number the links no longer exist. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRAMP!!! It’s been over a month and have not received anything and there is no one to contact

No products received! Absolute scam. Expensive table wear for children. Ordered £55 worth in January and still have not received anything! PLEASE AVOID Purchasing from this website.

SCAM!!! I have placed an order 6 months ago and still haven’t received my products nor a refund.
The customer service totally ignored my messages, I advise anyone to stay away from them.

I ordered March 20th, 2024. It’s now 5/2 and nothing. Websites gone, tracking info is bogus. I ordered the dishes AND all the toys 😭 I’m out soooo much money!
