Ordered over a month ago and still not received anything, same as everyone else got the same generic answers about custom delays, we'll send out a new package and update the tracking number. Had no update and now customer service isnt replying. Am trying to claim the money through my bank now. Trusted this was a legit company as said featured in vogue on their website. Please avoid at all costs!!

I've ordered February 13th 2024 and up until now I have no mommy's ark products on hand!! Got in touch with their customer service and she's just giving me generic answers. Like, courier delay, custom clearance, told me she got in touch with the courier 3x in a day without answers from them. She said she will re-ship the items to me on express shipping and that she'll give me a tracking number for it. Messaged her again to ask for an update but she hasn't responded yet (after 4 days). Good thing my bank was able to give my money back to me.

They have also blocked me on their Facebook account since I have replied to a comment asking if they have received their orders.

I’ve been trying to get my package for weeks and keep getting fobbed off. I’ve consistently asked for a refund so I can remove this scam company from my life and am being refused even though I have no package and so my money has just been stolen. The SAME robot response to both my reviews stated “if there’s anyway we can make this up to you”… PAY ME MY MONEY BACK… QUITE SIMPLE REALLY!!!

Zero stars. Same as so many other reviews, I ordered and never received the product. I placed the order in plenty of time for a gift and tried to cancel when it didn’t arrive after 5 weeks. Same response, please be patient as we investigate with the courier.

I disputed the charge with my credit card and got my money back.

I see that they are looking for brand ambassadors on Instagram. That’s horrible. They can’t even keep up with current orders.

It’s either a scam or horrible business practices.

Please do not buy from this company. I placed my order 21st of December and still haven't received it. First they blamed the courier and told me that a replacement was shipped but it never arrived. Next thing was a warehouse flood. I've asked for a refund several times but they have not agreed to it. They have offered me a different colour product which I do not want and I think that after 2,5 months of waiting, it should not be too much to ask to get what I originally ordered.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order on 30th January 2024 and am still waiting for my delivery. Same as other reviews about courier delays, we need to file an investigation report with our courier company, we will send another product out to you with the tracking number, to date I have not received a tracking number.

Feel like a scam

Scam!!! It’s been a month and I have NOT receive my order. I have emailed them and all I get is a generic email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Save your money and time. Don’t order from this website.

They won’t send anything but will say they did, then say that it was lost by the courier, then that it was the last one and NOTHING else is in stock (even though it’s all in stock on the website still!), then they offer to mail it when they’re restocked a few weeks later. Oh you want to cancel? Nope don’t do that! It’s been “fulfilled” already even though they never sent anything! At this point it’s already been weeks of back and forth too.

They really are preying on new parents with this phony company. And all the fake reviews to add. Yikes.

I ordered mid December and received my package in Match. When I asked for a shipping label to return the package I no longer needed they declined pretending that it’s normal for a package to take 3 months to arrive. Shame on them. The quality is actually very cheap too. That’s the worst part. Don’t bother with this. All an instagram marketing scam. I can’t believe I fell for it. The silicone is so thick and feels gross.

I placed 2 orders with Mommy’s Ark and one order took 10 weeks to be delivered and the other still has not been dispatched after 3 months! I have contacted the company several times and I get the same response every time - that there are logistical courier delays in their warehouse. The company will not cancel my orders or issue a refund though despite the major delays. The one order that did arrive was also really poorly packaged and the mealtime items were just thrown into a box without any original packaging around them. The products are also cheaply made. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I've been reading many reviews similar to what happened to me. My order was made on 19th December and I received them today 23 Feb. Not ideal , I know but I continued persisting with customer care who then proceeded to send out a replacement order. The products seem good. Maybe the company should consider changing their supplier who is offering them a bad service and bad reputation. I was undecided which score to give for delivery and time its a 3 but customer care followed through So i give them a 4 (I'm a tough scorer )

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If you read the good reviews you will work out they’re fake and some are identical, wish I did this before I bought! I’m sure some of the comments on Facebook are also fake 😭

It’s been 2 weeks still no sign of any items despite them saying they were shipped on 12th. I’ve had what appears to be the same response from other people about the “courier saying there is customs delays” then saying “it has been released from customs and shipping will be updated in 48 hours” then being told that they have sent another out with express shipping and “launched an investigation” to now my emails being undeliverable to the email address after I told them I will be reporting them to trading standards!!

UPDATE
After raising a dispute with my bank (luckily I bought with credit card!) 3 days later I got sent an email saying they had sent the products! Last night at 7pm a parcel turned up, a box with the logo on and all the items literally shoved in the box with no protective packaging!! God knows if these items are even safe for my child to use. Not the quality you expect for the price being paid.

My order still hasn’t arrived and I have made my purchase in mid jan. I have contacted the company but not much help. I wanted refund but can’t give me until I receive the order etc. I found it very strange that delivery takes so long, more than a month… when I receive it I will most likely return, I will not buy from here again.

Worst online shopping experience ever

Fully payment on 2023-11-23 and finally received 2 products with trash liked packing product on 2024-02-14 and 1 products still missing . I was just be notice it have been refund with no reason after enqs. The products were sent out from china and the products also made in china and the quality is bad . The packaging which they show on instagram were fake ,
+No reply after 4days i sent am email for enqs .then my instagram account was blocked after i left a comment on their post to urged them reply .
+ I brought it for my daughter for starting her solid food and my daughter turns 9months old next week.
Pls buy it before your baby born.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
They use the same template of excuses and not sending out the goods.

First is custom delay, and then they promised will update the shipping status by 48 hours, if not they will send a new one by express.
Which it never happened, no updates unless you email them and then they will change another name of customer service to ask you confirm the shipping detail again! So that they could send the express parcel out.

Please stop justifying 3 months delays is normal, wake up.
There’s not such things.

We are in 2024 now, not Stone Age.
We don’t wait 3 months for a parcel.

Complete scam! Ordered items in November last year that never arrived to this date. I complained and tried to get my money back. The company claims they can’t refund me since the order is still on the way…nearly 3 months later. I tried getting my money back via paypal and they’ve now produced some bogus tracking number to prevent paypal from reimbursing me. Avoid at all cost!!

After 3 months the parcel arrived and it’s a cheap box with the items thrown in. As soon as you open the box a strong toxic smell hits you, like nail varnish remover. It’s disgusting and I will not be putting this anywhere near my child. Incredible how this company gets away with selling incredibly cheap tat from China for such a high price probably by pretending they’re ‘mommy owned’. Don’t be fooled - it’s a scam.

I’m now trying to return the order which is of course on my own cost AND they charge a 4,5% restocking fee!!! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!

I received my parcel after 3 months! I'm in Europe (the Netherlands) and there was a delay by customs as the company claimed but after 3 whole months I finally received it yesterday.

So, if you're hanging in the same boat you can try to be a little patient and wait for it because the reward for the wait is a beautiful, high quality silicon tableware. The quality is unmatched, even though it does not seem worth to be waiting 3 months for it but that's due to customs or shipment delays maybe and cannot be "entirely" blamed on the company.

I placed my order on 19th December 2023. It's 8th Feb and I still haven't received it. My baby has outgrown whatever I ordered by now. The company lied to me the whole way, saying that its been shipped and issue with the courier. Then today I receive an email saying that the warehouse flooded, so orders are delayed. I keep asking for a refund and they just won't respond.

Very disappointed
Did my order on December 23rd until this day never got my order. The customer support said it’s the local courier but the tracking information hasn’t been updated since December 25th when the order was shipped. They said that they sent a replacement on express delivery that never arrived. Of course they said that they can’t refund me.
