What a scam! I placed a $90 order almost a month ago and still have not received my items nor heard back to emails asking for an update. When I check the tracking it just says "order ready" - whatever that means - It's been saying the same thing for weeks.

At this point I'm so disappointed with their customer service and feel like I have got scammed. I would just like a refund And would not recommend anyone to order from them (don't be fooled by their social media)

I placed my order 15 Feb and I still haven’t received anything! Messaged them twice no response…ironically though they are very good at making sure to email me when bombarding me with email ads every day! I just want my money back at this point…

I placed an order in early March following the birth of my granddaughter! I have not received the Mealtime Gift Set. They charged my credit card immediately. When I emailed them, at first they made excuses saying they were out of stock and expected a delivery in 7-10 business days. Once that time frame passed, I emailed customer service again (there is no phone number which should have been a red flag). Nothing arrived. Contacted them again and no response! I’ve been scammed! No one responds to my emails. Very angry!

I placed an order on February 9th, that was 8 weeks ago, and have yet to receive the Mealtime Gift Set. They charged my credit card immediately. Once that time frame passed, I emailed customer service again (there is no phone number which should have been a red flag). They said delivery would be March 10th. Nope, nothing arrived. Contacted them again and they went radio silent! I’ve been scammed! No one responds to my emails. Buyer beware.

I am so disappointed with Mommy's Ark. I placed an order on March 17th. I have a screen shot of my receipt and order number with the total I paid and haven't heard anything. I tried to look up tracking, but it says "Could Not Find Order". They haven't responded to my emails. There is no phone number to see if I am getting the set or if they will give me a refund. I bought this as a gift for my new grandson. I would stay away from this company if you want to keep your money.

Mi dissero che mi avrebbero rinviato il pacco con metodo express , anche qui in numero di tracciamento non funzionava e dopo un altro mese non é ancora arrivato . Mommy's ark é una truffa !! Se proprio volete provare a comprare pagate con PayPal,come feci io , perché caricando le email di mommysark ( con le correlative prese in giro ) mi hanno rimborsato l'intero importo.

I ordered the mealtime 8 piece gift on 2/21/24 and still have not received it. I am feeling scammed so buyer beware. I have reached out twice and the track order link doesn’t work. This was a present for my first grandchild in which the baby shower is this weekend. I hate this company is either fake or just randomly fill some orders to look legit. I got my credit card company involved but please be cautious.

Order placed 13 March but as other reviews have stated the company is totally unresponsive. Very disappointed so will wait to see if the product ever arrives.

I have struggled with writing this review because as a small business owner I know how difficult it is to maintain credibility. But as a new grandmother I was looking forward to getting my new granddaughter some of these items. I have been waiting for delivery and have found this company to be unresponsive. Further research is indicating they are a fraud. Please be careful when ordering. I have logged a complaint in US where shipment was going. I hear they are more aggressive with handling these types of issues. I’m sorry but I can’t recommend them based on my experience. An expensive lesson learned.

Placed my order in January and goods have not arrived! Have emailed them three times via their web site, no replies!!!!Did receive a message at the end of January saying their would be delay with my order as their warehouse had been flooded! I believed them!!!!!Wish I had read the other reviews on here!!!! Trying to get my money back!!! My advice STAY WELL CLEAR, its obviously bogus!

ORDERED WITH THEM AND NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM OR EVEN THE TRACKING NUMBER. PAID VIA PAYPAL AND IT IS TAKING AGES RECEIVING A REFUND AND THE TRACKING NUMBER THEY PROVIDED TO PAYPAL IS ALSO NOT RECOGNIZED. STAY AWAY MY BABY WILL BE WALKING BY THE TIME WE RECEIVE THE ITEM.

If I could rate it zero I would. I ordered this for a 1st birthday. When asking for a response on instagram, I got blocked. When I emailed, they responded with an automated response and ignored my concerns.

Been trying to get status on an order but just keep getting the same email message back. They gave a tracking number that has no way to track that has sat in the same prompt, no carrier provided. The only emails I keep getting are their discount emails. Buyer beware.

I ordered the mealtime gift set on 4th March 2024. The tracking hasn't updated since the 17th March, I emailed on the 26th March which has been left unanswered. The goods haven't arrived. As the website advertises 'as seen' in Vogue, Elle, ... I didn't check the reviews which was a mistake. I have reached out to Vogue to check if it was acutally featured as I couldn't find anything.

Terrible company. Don't ever order from them. I placed an order beginning of Feb'24 and still have not received my order or a refund. Customer service stopped replying to my emails.

I ordered their mealtime gift set 18th March and have received nothing despite them claiming delivery between 2-10days. When I contacted their customer services by e mil got an automated reply saying that it would take 2-3 days for them to reply due to the volume of correspondence. No surprise there reading all these reviews. Wish the UK Government would ban these Chinese companies masquerading as having another nationality. Wished I had read the reviews online before ordering !

I placed my order 1 month ago - recieved an email 2 days after placing the order that there would be a delay in shipment but I would receive the order within 12 days. FALSE. I have emailed 3 times without response. AND they processed payment on the same day I placed the order without any intent of shipping the order THIS IS ILLEGAL !!!!!

I wish I had of read the reviews before I ordered what a shame. My daughter is having twin boys and was looking forward to your baby utensils. You don't even have the decency to answer emails or keep people up to date with your stock issue. You really should not have taken your transaction until the order is ready for dispatch. Left high and dry here and very let down so very annoyed about it all.

I placed an order with this company on 18 December 2023 and as I write 27 March 2024 no items have arrived. Similarly to previous reviews three sets of goods have been dispatched and have encountered various delays at customs and courier issues and ohh yes flooding of the warehouse. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️all lies and more lies.

It is now 30 March and they have not replied to my email of 26 March 2024 looking for a refund. However they have seen this negative review and reached out for more information. Just shows calibre of this company and its people.

Complete SCAM and sadly I’m outside the timeframe of 60 days to do a chargeback through my Bank.

I have one problem with this product, and anything similar -- plastic!!! Make no mistake.. despite all the advertising about the materials, if it's not steel, would, porcelain, or some natural product, anything with silicon or plastic will melt when put in a microwave or any kind of heat. You don't see it, but God help your poor baby who is now eating microplastics! I wish products like this didn't exist. Proceed with caution to all you mothers.
