I placed an order January 10 2024. When I didn't receive anything, they told me that they had flooding at warehouse which is causing some delay. If I wish I could change the chosen color though which was still available. As I didn't want another color, I stuck to my original order and requested an immediate deliver. Unfortunately, ever since mid March 2024 I haven't heard back to them nor did I receive my order. ONE BIG SCAM!

Join the club of below. I ordered a few items in the end of March. Tracking page said it’s ready and I should receive my items no later than 7th, April. And no surprise that I still haven’t received anything. I’ve tried contacted the customer service for more than 10 times, but no further response or update about where the items I ordered are ! Absolutely awful! 100% scams

So I’m not the only one to get scammed. Ordered items mid March with 2-3 days shipping, got a confirmation, my credit card charged. Then I received an email that because of so many orders it will be delayed a few more days with a 20% coupon on my next order( glad I didn’t fall for that) Nothing but crickets since, have sent several emails with no response. I will be disputing this sham company. DO NOT order from them

I guess I will join the club of those who have been scammed. Same story- I ordered March 20 , immediately charged my card then I got an email saying order was delayed but they were going to give me free "express shipping".
I have sent 3 emails- no response.
I tried to use their tracking info but it states no order exists.
SCAM. Don't do it. I am now going to contact my credit card and hope for the best.

Order not arrived and now can’t get in contact with them

I placed an order for a set which I received and was great. So great I ordered a second set as a gift for a friend. The money has left my account, I have a confirmation of the order but not received it. I have emailed 3 times and completed the “contact us” form on their site and recorded their auto reply “we will respond in 1-2 days” but no one has replied. I ordered nearly 6 weeks ago…
I feel scammed.

Mommy’s ark has been terrible. I ordered in January and still have not received the items The company keeps blaming the courier but still nothing. They won’t refund me and/ or resend the order. So I am down £50 and not knowing what to next. ????

I placed a 70€ order almost a month ago and still have not received my items. The tracking just says "order ready" as many other people mentioned and it's been like that for several weeks.

I tried to contact the support multiple times and have not heard back from them.

DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!! Listen to the bad reviews. They will take your money, you won’t receive your order and they won’t reply to any of your emails. Absolutely disgusting from a “small business” and shame to see so many the same.

Apparently, I've joined the club of so many others who have been scammed by Mommy's Ark. I placed an order for almost $100 on 3-27-24. The money came flying out of my credit card, but that's about all the action that has taken place. I did get an email order confirmation, and another saying orders were being delayed because of the overwhelming response to their sale... but since then [[[crickets chirping]]]. I've sent two messages to them, and have heard nada. So, tomorrow I call my credit card company and raise holy hell.

Why has this been cancelled? I am very disappointed in the response from your company. I’ve been waiting patiently for my order to arrive. Is there no live agent to speak with? Every time I have emailed I get a response that someone will respond in two business days.
I was very excited to give this as a gift for a new mom. But now I will have to make other arrangements. This was the first time I purchased something online from a company I wasn’t familiar with. I will not be so trusting in the future.

I have concluded that I was also scammed by this company. Spent $84 on April 2. No shipment and no reply to my emails. I need to totally stop buying anything because of an Instagram ad.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the 8 pc meal set on 3/14 off of their IG advertisement. They took my money but. I have never received my items (a month later) and they have not responded to any of my emails. Time to report them to my bank as fraud.

Who's writing the good reviews? The scammers? As far as I can tell this business is nothing but a scam. DO NOT order from them. If I ever get what I purchased, which I doubt, I will redo this review. I ordered on 03/22/2024 and like the others, my funds came out immediately.

I’m so disappointed :( I ordered a 8 piece gift set as an Easter gift on the 16th March via an instagram promotion. I received a confirmation and tracking number by email. Then 2 days later I got another email saying they had been overwhelmed by the promotion and my order would be delayed but they would upgrade my order to express shipping and it would arrive within 12 working days. I was disappointed but happy to wait the 12 days. Since the 12 days passed I have emailed and messaged a number of times but I never get a response. Although I still get many promotional emails from them encouraging me to buy more…I don’t think so! My tracking hasn’t updated since 31st March either!! Ive finally accepted that I’ve been scammed! If you’re thinking of purchasing from this company…DON’T!!

Payment processed immediately, purchase never shipped, Track Order Status never changes from ‘ Could Not Find Order’ and company is unresponsive.

What a scam! I don’t know why I haven’t read reviews here before ordering! I’ve been seeing them suggested on social media for many months now, apparently recommended by all the magazines… I ordered on the 17th March. Two days later they emailed me that there will be a bit of delay but because of that, when the product is ready, they will send it with “Express shipping!” Then it was sent out later on, got a tracking number, last information is 31st March when it was apparently handed to local courier, estimated delivery was by 7th April. No update on the tracking since then and product never arrived. Reached out twice with no response from Nicole. Do not waste your time, you can by a similar set from Amazon much cheaper. Avoid at any cost this scam company!

I placed an order on 3/19/24. Shipping was supposed to be within 3 days. After a week, I tracked my order on their website using the order confirmation number I received via email. No such order exists. After numerous emails for which I received automated responses, I received an email from “Nicole” saying item were shipped and I was given a tracking number. That tracking number is also bogus. This company is a scam.
