I am with MM since 2019. I was following Keith Weiner for intellectual reasons about economics, the USD, Gold & Silver for a long time already. As such I was convinced of his intellectual rigor and sincereness already. So, when he came up with MM I was fast convinced about its potential and I am absolutely 100% satisfied with their services! It is the best way to invest in physical imho. Yes, there is counterparty risk. But they do it absolutely properly. Everything is super transparent, you can check every lease personally and opt out if you deem it too risky. And they added other great people I know for years, like Jeff Deist! It is perfect in my view!

Custom er service is the best.. First everyone I ever talked to Had English as their first language. All was highly knowledgeable and could answer my questions easily and quickly. I was impressed by every step of the way through the entire process of opening and funding the account.

The product Monetary Metals has is unique. I don't think there is another company on the planet that can offer me interest on my gold paid in gold, and silver too. The Monetary Metals team has been very responsive to my questions and continuously strives to provide me with the best service possible. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Commission is a bit too high and would prefer to have a lower commission to buy and sell. Good news is that interested will be paid on gold and not just for the loans that are available. That was false advertising when I signed up and I didn’t know the rest of my gold wasn’t going to be earning interest.

Clear terms and thoughtful service on the transactions without unnecessary salesmanship made for a better experience than expected; nothing like buying an RV or a house.

However, I am mostly with Monetary Metals because its products in gold and silver are sui generis, and have only become more valuable as inflation bites harder. The team of Dr. Wiener et al. are commended for their entrepreneurial effort in precious metals that has done wonders to allay my relationship with risk and uncertainty in investment; i.e., thank you for protecting my wealth (in metals).

At first my wife and I were skeptical about the entire concept. We asked a lot of questions. To their credit, they answered all the questions thoroughly and promptly. After that, I sent them some bullion to start up the account and that process went smoothly. I am now enjoying a modest return on a portion of my bullion.

I am very happy to be invested in MM. It hasn’t been 2 yrs yet since I got in. I was very skeptical about the idea of earning interest in gold. Dickson and Erik answered all my questions. I took my time. Then without any pressure sales I made the decision to invest. They took the time had patience in me. I in turn have told a few since to check out MM for themselves. I’ve averaged 3.3% growth in gold and I shouldn’t have to tell you what gold priced in fiat money has done in that time.

I’ve been a customer for over a year. Everything from shipping to onboarding has been great, the platform is simple and easy to use and they deliver what is promised. I’m already enjoying the benefits and I don’t have a single complaint or but so far.
