Complete time waster you fill in all the forms then asks you what you want never gives you a price then when you tell him he says it’s not a real price and still doesn’t tell you a price ? how unprofessional too many genuine buyers to bother with this so called company

Had easy going telephone conversation about the watch we wanted to sell and was offered a realistic price, acceptable to us, subject to meeting description as discussed. Dan came on the appointed time and date, was very polite and professional and discussed and showed what he was checking and looking for. All very relaxing, no pressure one way or the other. The time to check the watch (Rolex) took about 20 minutes, maybe less. Payment for the watch was completed in minutes. Great advert for company, would deal with them anytime again and recommend both Dan and James highly for their relax attitude and professionalism,.

Dan was amazing from first contact. No haggling just an honest valuation and then collection the next day including BACS payment of the full valued amount. I tried a well known “ off the TV “ pawn shop style buyer who tried to rob me for £1,000 less the day before!!!!

Wasn’t happy with the original person I spoke to wouldn’t give me a price asked me what I wanted for it,if that was the end of the matter I would have given them 1 star. I have since spoken to the owner he explained this isn't how the company works and will be providing feedback to the adviser.
