The process of selling my watch was excellent . I was given an estimate over the phone subject to inspection then I was given appointment for the next day and was visited by Dan who was a true gentleman.The whole process was totally professional my watch was examined we agreed the deal and I was paid on the spot.I would definitely recommend these guys they were brilliant.

Easy to contact and communicate with. James was very responsive to all correspondence.
Open and fair with offer and stuck to the agreed price with no haggling or reduction when watch was inspected.
Money transferred to account before watch was handed over. Dan kept in direct contact while the transaction was conducted.
Probably like many people, I was a little apprehensive about how things would work, but a simple and straightforward process and very pleased with the experience. I would use MFW again.

Having provided multiple Rolex watches for sale with WFM, there seemed to be an issue as their system doesn't recognize multiple entries from the same seller.
This caused a problem as I was not receiving the required response, A call from WFM clarified the issue and ths was dealt with in a very professional manner.
I have the highest regard for this company, their professionalism, expertise honesty and would without any doubt/hesitation use their services.

I think the real difference in choosing this firm was that there was no messing around, nothing exaggerated and after a thorough examination of the watch, the agreed price was paid in full, straight into my bank before he had left my house. It took me a long time to decide how & who to sell my Rolex to & very happy to say that I made the right decision in the end.
I didn't want to send my watch to a company who would sell on my behalf as I just didn't feel comfortable doing this nor did I want to sell/advertise privately, risks involved that I didn't want.

Fantastic experience, the team are friendly, considerate and always in contact. It took me 2 days to sell my watch (I was the one to make it take longer than their claimed 24 hrs - which I believe).

Compared to other stores, prices wise they were within ranges quoted by other stores. The greatest advantage to money for watches is their super fast turn around times, compared to otherstores claiming to have it sold within 45 days - and taking a large fee.

Excellent service. Price agreed in principle, subject to condition being as I described and as emailed photos showed. Buyers agent visited, confirmed condition and paid agreed price into my bank account before I handed over the watch. Totally risk and hassle free. Highly recommended.
