I used to play on here all the time until someone stole my phone and spent my money on their games without my permission.And when I contested it , I got kicked off of there. It used to be my favorite place to play Cash out.Super fast , but now , because some other person I can't play on there any longer. I have noticed that the higher v I p , u , r , the less attention you get , when you're told that you're supposed to get 24/7 customer service and its supposed to be asap ...that's not the case, and I find that they're out more to get new players versus take care of the ones that have been with them since they basically started.We helped them get by refeeeing people and put a lot of money into here and they treat you like you're a nobody. They will not answer any questions other than generated stuff, which irritates me.They apologize, and it's not even them.Apologizing is generated, so they're lazy. And then they always ask for screenshots and then to get this and get that instead of doing their job , we're doing their job , it's getting very frustrating , especially the sea , all your ads , on facebook and on social media , take care of the people you already have that have been here since day one and are very loyal even after all the crap , you put us through
