Excellent customer support from Naomi…

Excellent customer support from Naomi Green who confirmed my booking and gave me a follow up call to ensure I had received my voucher. I will definitely use Morerooms in the future.

It was very easy to book

It was very easy to book with them. Then I had to cancel it due to personal reasons. They have a 24/7 telephone number that is helpful. Within few minutes spoke to an operator and they cancelled the booking without any hassle. A very really helpful staff who sorted it out for me diligently. I am very satisfied with their service.

MoreRooms representative, Naomi Green, went above and beyond to assist our team in rectifying a booking issue. We are pleased that she was able to ensure both our team members are confirmed at the event hotel after 1 of the 2 rooms had been initially dropped after the confirmation process. Complete scam

Complete scam, I made a reservation but then got an email saying it was in the process of being confirmed.

They then emailed me to say the price had more than doubled and requesting extra payment.

They then offered to refund less than my full payment.

I will not book with this company again and I do not think they should be shown on Trivago at all.

Love these guys (to rot in hell)

I made a reservation with Morerooms and their customer service is great!

I made a reservation with Morerooms and needed customer support, which I received rapidly. Then I needed to cancel the reservation and Alvin helped me quickly and professionally with my request. I am now awaiting a full refund, which Alvin told me will be processed on the next business day.

Just spoke with Alvin who helped complete my booking. Was very courteous and kind and waited until I received my confirmation to make sure all was good. First time booking with them but definitely won't be my last!

Claimed my card wouldn't work

Claimed my card wouldn't work, but bank confirms they never tried to take the money. Then magically the rooms we booked were not longer available at the same price! Clearly they made an error but wouldn't just be honest about it.
