I ordered a small makeup set and waited almost a month with no tracking updates. I emailed multiple times and got no meaningful replies; eventually I received a refund and bought the items elsewhere. Disappointed by the lack of communication and the delay.

Paid for next day delivery for an Xmas present. 3 days later no info. No replies for support leave me having to chase around shops last minute and out of pocket.

Ordered 2 sets of brushes and only one in parcel delivered. Now have to battle for missing product to be delivered!

Lots has gone wrong with my order from when I did not even receive a confirmation email. I have been chasing Morphe for two weeks and all they offer me is a £25 gift voucher. When I did receive my parcel, my brushes were not there and my palette came smashed which is unacceptable and does not reflect the price that I paid for this product. It’s unusable. Really upset and just want a refund but the website seems to be ran by bots. I wish I could attach images, the palette is completely useless and the solutions team are even worse.

The product was order a month ago. Still hasn't arrived, from UK to EU.
They deserve 0 stars. Shipping is faster from China

Amazing experience when something went wrong.
I asked advice from morphe customer service regarding a shade of make up. I ordered on this advice and it arrived 2 days later . (Morphe are always very quick with delivery)
However the shade recommended was way off from my usual morphe foundation. I emailed customer service and got a reply straight away.

They immediately offered me a refund , or pick another item and also to keep the unwanted foundation I had received no need to send back !

No arguing or asking questions, simple as that , the item has already been despatched to me today.

I was surprised to read some negative reviews on trust Pilot, they bear no resemblance to my experience and I have used them a lot . I noticed that some of them are from up to 7 years ago so things must have have changed .

Use to shop in the I Nottingham store all the time but feel like the service has gone downhill just very pushy I use to always get served by a young man with the best product knowledge and skill set I dunno if he no longer works for the company or that store but just gotta said such a loss for the store product knowledge and his service was the best I've had at a Cosmetic store or counter not sure what his role was in store but always welcoming and would show me all the new launches

I hardly give bad reviews, but you guys made the worst decision in losing out in your highlighter colours! Extra and Lit were my two favourite shades and now you’ve lost me as a customer. I used to browse and purchase so much more on the website when only I needed was the highlighter. The prices of our highlighters are way more than competitors. It’s a shame the brand was so good before and now it’s all downhill.

What excellent customer service I received recently from the team. Following a defect with my USB, Morphee were happy to replace my product in no time, allowing me to continue using my lovely sleep time aid. Thank you once again for all your help and co-operation.

Diabolical customer service I ordered a brush set in a case the MUA Life set. I realised that the zipper on my case wasn’t fastening properly, I contacted Morphe explained the issue with someone called Shakira. I
Was asked to send pic of case and barcode and LOT number. I couldn’t find the LOT number not on case not on the cardboard sleeve that was on the case. I was then asked to send a video of zipper which I did.
Got no response from Shakira and disgusted at the way I’ve been ignored I paid for the set in good faith. They obviously don’t appreciate my custom and I doubt I’ll shop with them again. Shocking

EDIT - my query was resolved in the end and a replacement was posted out finally this saga is over and I’m happy.

I was a little wary to order from Morphe after reading some reviews, but I could not resist the 40% off flash sale they were having off already low prices. I placed my order 12:30am Saturday the 14th and received it already today Tuesday the 17th! I am beyond pleased! The palletes were so well packed and all arrived in perfect, unbroken condition. And they are even more beautiful in person.

Merciiii d'accélérer les choses. Vous êtes basés en Angleterre. Même Ali Express et Shein sont plus rapides que vous : 10 jours à peine après mes commandes, je suis livrée !!!!

Es la tercera vez que pido, las dos primeras la experiencia fue correcta, tiempo de entra lento pero sin problemas. En esta ocasión llevo casi un mes de espera, en la web dice que está en camino y desde el 28 de julio no hay actualizaciones al respecto, la respuesta desde Morphe es: ya llegará... Muy disgustada

Don't order the Vacay Mode Brush Set. The materials are extremely poor; the brushes were shedding on first use and the fibers were rough and painful on my face.

products are pretty good except the brow setter they need to make it less gel and sticky like balance out the consistently. honestly the shipping price isn’t worth it once bit it can take anywhere from one two three weeks for your order to ship out because of “covid” if you guys are really short handed why not higher more people? i’m assuming you don’t wanna hire more people because of money. ridiculous honestly, the business is a joke. not to mention WHO they work with. known predators, bad look and reputation for your business i guess it’s only about money.

Commande passée le 5.07.2021 et aucune nouvelle depuis... j'ai envoyé plusieurs email et aucune réponse. Impossible d'annuler la commande.
Est-ce une arnaque ? Est-ce une vraie entreprise ??

Worst online shopping experience ever. Purchased on 24/05/2021 and paid 15euro shipping fee and still not received anything... parcel tracking no update since 09/06/2021. Customer service refused to refund saying it’s not 15 days yet after shipment....

support and work with known predators stay away

Happy with Morphe would be happy to shop again slight issue but Morphe solved right away.
