FINALLY, I got a mortgage offer!
FINALLY, I got a mortgage offer! after 6 years being self-employed and having previous adverse credit - I contacted New Wave just to see what options I could potentially have available to me and how far away I'd be from getting a mortgage.. little did I know in just a couple of weeks I would of had a mortgage offer!! Huge thank you to both Dan and Rachel for pulling out all the stops and taking me through the process - I highly recommend New Wave.

Self-employed mortgage review
Daniel Cosgrove has advised me on a self-employed mortgage and kept my file open over the past year whilst navigating a divorce. He has been clear, patient, and supportive when discussing my options. His advice and knowledge meant I could successfully get a mortgage, which has been transformational in life moving forward. I highly recommend him to assist with self-employed mortgages.
Kye Basi also assisted in processing and managing the mortgage application, with weekly progress reports.

I just completed on purchase of our first home! I am so thrilled and can only thank Dylan and Rachel for their support and assistance in the entire process. My partner is self-employed which made getting mortgage nearly next to impossible but that was not an issue for Dylan. He straight away said he will be able to get us an mortgage. It is perfectly true that there are fewer things more stressful in life than buying a home. If you're self-employed, or simply have complicated circumstances, then New Wave can help you like they did us. Kirsty and Rachel were both brilliant! Even when it seemed virtually impossible to achieve, Kirsty found the right lender for us. I reckon she could find a needle in a haystack. Rachel guided us effortlessly through the process of dealing with the underwriters, who seemed to have never-ending requests for yet more information and documents. Both Kirsty and Rachel were utterly professional and courteous throughout the whole process, and at the same time friendly, and sympathetic to my frustrations at all the hurdle-jumping.
They made the whole process so much more bearable, and I would highly recommend them and their company.

They guided me clearly from application to formal mortgage offer, laying out next steps, timelines, and costs transparently (the broker fee/invoice process was simple and well explained). Communication was spot-on—quick responses, proactive updates, and they liaised with my solicitor weekly which kept the legal side moving. I also appreciated their discussion around appropriate mortgage protection so I could make an informed decision. As a busy business owner, the whole process felt efficient and calm—no chasing, no confusion. Amazing service from start to finish!
Amazing service from start to finish by Dan Cosgrove, promised that he will do everything he can to get my mortgage sorted and he delivered! Communication was amazing throughout the whole process, always a phone call or a message away, never ignored my calls or messages. Even went out of his way to call me on weekends for updates!
Rachel Wilcox also helped alot in the process and always kept me updated and contacted the solicitors continuously for me to get updates.
Both very friendly and extremely helpful.
I have already made recommendations to friends and family who are looking to purchase a property.
