If you are looking for a company to help you with a mortgage application or remortgage then New Wave Finance is the one to use.
As a newly self employed person I didn't think it would be possible to be a home owner but New Wave Finance talked and helped us through every step.
They were honest.
The 3 staff members that we have worked with have been amazing, they kept in contact all the way through the process via email and phone calls.
They answered all the confusing parts of the process explaining all the jargon that comes with an application.
The Financial cost is within keeping of other companies and they provided a breakdown.

Great service from the team at New Wave, particularly Dylan and Rachel. They were both quick to respond to emails and always readily available whenever we needed them.

As I’d only been self-employed for a relatively short time, we thought moving home might not be achievable for us in the near future. However, after discovering New Wave and speaking with Dylan, what had seemed out of reach suddenly became possible.

They were incredibly helpful, professional and supportive from start to finish. They made what could have been a very stressful process feel much easier and were always available to answer my questions and guide me through each stage. They also helped coordinate with the solicitors to ensure everything was finalised and the deal completed smoothly.

New wave are great- they helped me with everything I asked of them and they always replied to me promptly!

They were on the end of the phone whenever I needed them. Very easy to contact, as in no automated crap! Rachel willcox in particular was very helpful and understanding, like ive never had to do this on my own so I was a bit like a fish out of water, she was patient, kind, and understood I was getting a bit confused at times. Will definitely consider them for my next purchase.
