I have dealt with Mortimers many times and have always received a friendly and professional service.

We recently used Mortimer’s to sell our house. From contacting them to enquire about putting our house up for sale to the sale completing, the service from Mortimer’s has been excellent. We were very pleased with the valuation that we received from Mortimer’s and our house was on target for price. We received several offers on our house within the first week of putting it up for sale and Mortimer’s guided us through the process smoothly. After accepting an offer we were assigned Vendor Case Handlers who were Veda and Sam. This meant that we were kept in the loop for where we were up to in the sale and, I felt, that they pushed the solicitors forward with the process. We received excellent communication throughout and the sale successfully completed recently. I would highly recommend Mortimer’s Estate Agents.

The journey from putting your property up for sale to finalising with the buyer is a long and at times stressful period but made easier by the professional team at your local Mortimers. Up to now I would definitely rate them 5 star especially with the expertise of someone like Cara Cavannagh who with her input has made the process so much easier.

We are now settled into our new house and the 'experience' of moving which began in August is starting to recede into the distance. We chose Mortimers to guide us through the process as we had previous experience with them. Our instincts proved correct as from start to finish all the staff we encountered were extremely professional, helpful, efficient and courteous. However, I must make a special mention of Joe Varey who I know is spinning many plates all at once. Joe always made you feel like you were the most important client he was dealing with, no matter the questions, worries or concerns.

Fantastic service from the team at Mortimers, especially Emmy Spiers, who has worked so hard during a prolonged sale, with numerous delays and issues,over many months. I thought the sale would fall through at a few points, but Emmy helped make sure the it progressed through the difficult stages, keeping the seller fully informed of any issues, and therefore with her help I now have the keys to a great purchase! Great, prompt and friendly communication

Mortimers Estate Agents were great from start to finish in selling our property. The team, especially Leoni Magne, were extremely helpful. They explained the market and how best to sell our property.
