Would definitely use Mortimers again. From initial instruction, property was on the market within two days. Emily was our contact, she was very professional and polite. Always rang me back or emailed straight away, was very reassuring during the whole process. Thank-you

Our purchase was being handled by Mortimer’s and we had Alex coordinating our sale. From the beginning, we couldn’t have asked for more. We were able to view the property as soon as it went on the market in order to accommodate our availability. Any questions we had were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Queries between the chain/solicitors etc were chased up immediately to ensure things moved swiftly. I would have no hesitation with using Mortimers in the future and would highly recommend them.

I'd highly recommend Mortimers Accrington and Alex in particular. In what ended up being a tricky chain for our house sale, Alex went above and beyond to make sure all elements in the chain were updated and chased where applicable.
They're are cheaper alternatives out there, however as we saw, you get what you pay for in this instance as the cheaper agents were nowhere to be seen when the going got tough.
Thanks again Alex

Recently bought a home through Mortimers, from start to finish it took three months, from getting a mortgage with their Mortgage advisor, to getting the keys.
Grace has been amazing throughout this entire process, easily reachable via phone, and made the entire process so much easier for us.
living in an era of Emails, it was nice to have someone on the other end of the phone to keep us in the loop. so thankyou from both of us for that. :)

Grace bleasdale at mortimers accrington has been fantastic all the way through the process of selling my house , she kept me informed every step of the way via emails and by phone she is an asset to the company.

Recently sold my house through Mortimers - (a quick sale too from the first viewing) the same house I actually purchased through them 4 yrs prior.
Straight forward as no chain from either party. Communication was consistent with Grace throughout and efficient updates provided more so than from the Solicitors involved. Thanks Grace for all you did!

Grace Bleasdale at Mortimers’s is highly recommended, our house sale went through smoothly and stress free.

Grace was always there for me

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a property through Mortimers (Accrington branch) and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the initial offer submission to the final closing, both Matt and Emily demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise.
Their communication was prompt and transparent, ensuring I was always informed and confident in my decisions.
Their assistance ensured the entire transaction was smooth thanks to their attention to detail and proactive approach.

Overall mortimers were great. We had a little bumpy start with a slightly rushed brochure writing and the odd viewing that probably shouldnt have happened.
However, following the sale the communication and updates from Alexandra from the Accrington office were fantastic.
Nothing was too much trouble and she answered lots of queries and helped us navigate some difficult issues to a fast conclusion.

Mortimers get the job done. Original bid went in around August, I worked with Grace throughout process, she's straight to the point, no messing around. Constant updates, Grace will get you across the line. Excellent customer service. Thanks for everything.

Grace Bleasdale at Mortimers was extremely helpful throughout the house purchasing process, always got back to me and she helped lessen the stress that often happens when it comes to buying a home.
Thank you Grace.

Grace Bleasdale went over and beyond to help us complete on a purchase with going out of her way to chase solicitors for answers ensuring we completed as soon as we could. She has been a pleasure to work with. Very dedicated to her work and wants the best outcome for all.

I used Mortimers again for the sale of my house and found them to be very reliable and honest.
Grace Bleasdale who is the "Move Manager" was exceptional and as always Matthew, the manager was very helpful with his expert advice. Thanks to all at
Mortimers!

They kept me in the loop at all times. Alex was very efficient in handling everything. Was a smooth experience

From the start, Mortimers did a great job. Matthew provided the advice needed to start the process, then Alex and Cara kept me up to date with viewings and feedback. Once a sale was agreed, Grace Bleasdale did a great job supporting through to completion with the right level of chasing and communication.

Purchased a property from Mortimers. Alex specifically was always very efficient and kept in touch throughout a stressful process. Alex always kept us up to date and would chase enquiries where possible. Thanks so much ☺️
