No problems with this order and contact very good as was quality of service and delivery info.

The carbon fiber parts look great, the packaging was great, and the buying experience was easy. There were some figment issues. I had to drill a couple of holes out a little larger to keep the parts from being in a bind and bending. Other than that, the product and service was good.

I was a bit worried spending so much with a company 7000 miles away. But everything turned up present and correct in just 7 days. Great quality and excellent communication and advice from the team there... thank you very much guys

I’ve ordered 4-5 different products for my 1299 and all of them fit well, better than the “higher end” ( more expensive ) CF pieces I ordered from a company in Italy. The twill weave/gloss finish that I order is perfect. Their prices to quality is unmatched in my opinion. Customer service and shipping was great as well. Great in all categories.

Looks A+. But I had to call an send pics of the right side because it didn’t fit up against the gas tank at all. After receiving it the 2nd it fit ok. But still has a small gap that should’ve be there between the gas tank and carbon piece! Had to improvise hopefully it holds up. $150 it should fit perfect without having to improvise

The service was excellent , The product was of a good standard I would use them again , The only downside was I didn't realise I had to pay import tax as they are in Canada.

Good to deal with if there got the part delivery is quick I have bought all my carbon for my v4 Ducati and had no problems

A great purchase experience. Motocomposites stands by their excellent customer service from purchase to receipt of product! The product quality is remarkable ( A work of Art ). The parts were packaged & delivered with intentions to protect each item. One of the best experiences was Motocomposites response to a fitment issue on one item. I stated my claim, they listened, requested photos and immediately acknowledged the issue. In response, they offered a refund or replacement without any hassle. Without question, I elected to wait for a new production part. To boost my confidence Motocomposites stated they would communicate my claim to their factory to ensure 100% fitment compliance. I can't wait to receive the replacement parts. I'm certain these replacement parts will be of the same quality (form/fit/function) as with all items received to date.
I would highly recommend Motocomposites to all my riding friends.

Delivery went fine, downside is that I received postagecost AFTER ordering and paying the carbon part. On top, customs was another additional cost... perhaps being clear about postage cost & shipping in a box mentioning “present” or “gift” can prevent customs... 😬
