On time, clean car driver polite
controller polite and friendly.

Booked at 6 seater the day before for 7.30 , I rang them at 7.40 asking where my cab was , the guy on the phone was soooo rude to me and was arguing that even though I booked the cab it wasn’t guaranteed to be on time !!! Cab turned up at 7.50 so we was late for our booked reservation. I never had a problem with mount cars before , but I will be using UBER next time

Reliable, always on time fair prices
I’ve been using the Cab company for years, highly recommended.

I have used Mount Cars for a number of years and their service has always been first class from the booking to the journey itself.
If pre-booked they are on time. They can always be relied on.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Tom organised the journeys we needed before we arrived and the drivers were all very friendly. Would recommend them and will be using them when back over.

Driver 888250501, Pervez, is brilliant. A really nice guy who is personable and kind.
I highly recommend him.
Thank you again.

Didn't wait to.long.
Nice cars .

OML... my driver arrived early which was really cool. Was really polite from start to finish and was funny as well.
He knew so many back streets which was really cool as well, that we got to King-Cross/ St Pancras in really good time.
He waited for me to sort out the payment as well. So THANK YOU so much :-)

Mount Cars are simply fantastic. Their dispatchers are quick to answer calls and address any queries effectively. Their drivers are friendly and punctual. Finally, their app is great and you can track a driver's progress to picking you up and when a journey has ended, which is useful when you are arranging someone else's cab (e.g. a family member) for them.

Wonderful service
Raphael my driver was fantastic, we had a great chat and I look forward to the next time . Thanks again

Very nice driver, on time, clean car in and out. Happy to engage in light conversation

Great reliable family run taxi firm. Experienced drivers, they also have an app which is really good.

Car turned up really nice driver. Perfect

An amazing driver who got us to the hospital on time for our appointment in spite of dreadful weather and heavy volume of early comuter traffic

Outstanding service from booking to arrival . Constant communication and update on pick up. Used this company for airport runs and they can not be faulted

Very reliable company. Booking by phone is really simple and the agents are friendly and really helpful. Communications are excellent. I have taken one star off because although it’s brilliant to be able to book online, it’s not particularly easy to find your way around the online booking and the text messaging connected with online booking doesn’t always work efficiently, although emailing works well. Highly recommended company

We- 85 and 77- have had to use Mount Cars quite a lot recently, mostly for the inevitable hospital appointments. Always on time, drivers courteous - and, when your in their 'system', which recognises your phone number and addresses you by name, can tell me how long it will be before the driver- car make and reg- arrives to return us home.......
